A very quick visit before going to the SECC. Place jumping with 'Take That' fans so interesting banter! Food was fast, fresh and tasty. Loved the chicken skewers and the heated up Masaman with extra chillies. Beer was cold - a perfect quick pre-theatre

Thai Siam never failed me..
Great, comfort and delicious food..
The food are all good..
They even had halal chicken..
Whenever come to Glasgow, always make sure to come visit..
The server may didn't know english much but the owner always around to help out.. And pointing out the menu really helps..

Service is exceptional and matches the ambience within. Food is good, authentic enough to be Thai in the West-End.

Ownership has changed over the years but that has not stopped the food from remaining fantastic.

Try the Tiger Prawn in Red curry sauce to go along with cashew nut Fried Rice.

I can understand why this place is popular. Great food and even greater service. We both left very happy and full. Definitely the friendliest and warmest service we've had too - nothing is too much and everything is done with a smile. If you haven't been here before then I recommend this great place.

Pricey but good. I really enjoy the Thai Siam and am a regular both as a diner and for takeaway. The Tom Kha Gai soup is fabulous and practically a meal in itself . They have recently had a makeover and the seating is a little less cramped as this was an issue I had before. The steak and fish are all fabulous but I would agree with some other reviewers that the Pad Thai isn't great. It's on the pricey side but I believe it's the best Thai restaurant in Glasgow.

Just ordered a takeout from the Thai Siam, I can't say that I rated any of the food, I found it to be very greasy and the ingredients went very fresh, the pad Thai was soggy and the whole meal was very over priced for what we got, would not go back

Could just be our favourite place to eat in Glasgow. The food is freshly prepared and delicious, the service is always welcoming and the prices very reasonable. Probably the best Thai food in the west of Scotland.

Mum & Dad were staying a few months ago and we were deciding where to eat. My dad loves Thai restaurants – a result of a holiday in Thailand and the sharing nature of the meal. We have been to several Thai places in Glasgow with them, but I find it difficult to make a comparison between Thai restaurants so I don’t often write about them. Since then I’ve tried a few and this was my clear favourite so wanted to share it.

We had a sharing starter between the four of us – it was huge! There was chicken satay, battered prawns, fish cakes, chicken spring rolls & my favourite chicken in pandan leaves. It arrived with spring onions and on a bed of crunchy, shredded vegetables – excellent for cutting through fried food. The dips were fresh & they accommodated Mr S and his nut allergy.

We had beer and wine, and I couldn’t help mention the beer coolers. They certainly keep your beer cool until the end and were a hit with the beer drinkers.

We all chose a main course each and shared them. My dads pick was Thai sweet and sour beef. This surprised me because my dad is such a foodie & when I think of sweet and sour I think of the luminous Uncle Bens variety.

How wrong could I be? It was perhaps my favourite main course with no luminous colours to be seen. Notes of tang with a delicate sweetness running through the dish, this was miles away from what I expected.

We had stir fry with ginger, which was a fresh tasting dish with lots of spring onion and ginger shredded throughout. I particularly liked that the veg had a good bite to it.

My pick – the red thai curry with chicken – was also lovely. Creamy and aromatic without spice overkill.

We ordered a couple of rice and one ‘plain’ noodles to accompany the mains. I could have eaten the noodles as a main course by themselves because they were full of flavour.

The egg fried rice was also well executed. Then there was the sticky rice that arrived in this cute wicker thing that was stuck in a block and extremely difficult to get apart! We found it hilarious and we’d over ordered so it wasn’t a big deal but they’d taken sticky rice to a new level of stickiness – not one I’d order again.

A trip to the toilet led to me finding the first restaurant bathroom I’ve been to in years that still has a cotton towel on a towel ring to dry your hands. Slightly outdated there.

Our waiter was joking with us throughout the meal and fancied himself as a bit of a comedian. We liked him even although most of the jokes were on us so he must have been doing something right.

The high standard of food and the waiter making us feel welcome meant that I enjoyed it more than other Glasgow Thai restaurants. Without a doubt one to try if you like Thai food.

My wife and I were not sure what to expect being new in town. We normally check reviews but decided to take a chance since we both love Thai food. Glad we did! Excellent and friendly service and the food was incredibly good! Don't hesitate. Give this place a try. You likely won't regret it!

Went in on a busy day, spontaneously. Guy up front asked if we had a reservation and I said no. He looked around and said, "That's ok, we can fit you in somewhere." They gave us a nice table--and not even one hidden in the back. The food was amazing, complimentary shrimp were great, and the starter was delectable. Would recommend all day, everyday.

Absolutely fantastic service. They went out of their way to quickly fix an error made by a third party app I’d placed my order through. The food was also delicious!

The food tasted so delicious, I wish I could go again. There's a plus for this restaurant, all the chicken served is halal. My Muslim brothers and sisters, do visit this restaurant to get your mind blown!!!

I would say this is the best authentic Thai food in glasgow! If you want to try the real tastes like restaurant in Thailand, don't miss this place. The staff are friendly and gives a very good service. The pre-thearter course are reasonable price in a good portion but reservation is recommended as it's quite popular for customers. They serve Thai local popular beer like Singha and Chang. Recommend to start with the Chicken Satay for appetizer. And my favourite main dishes are the Beef steak with the sour hot and spicy tamarind sauces serve with French fries and the Thai-saim duck is superb. The banana fritter with Vanilla ice-cream is yum!
