Excellent food, beautiful interior and great service. The food was ready fast. The only complaint is that the table surface was sticky, even the napkins were stick to the table because of stickiness.
We tried chips with Halloumi, Lamb Moussaka which were both good and Lamb chops, the lamb chops was one of the best chops I’ve ever had.
My family and I popped in for a lunch today to celebrate my mums birthday and it didn’t disappoint.
The staff worked really hard today despite the challenges of the day, and we left a £15 tip to thank them, and to to help show some appreciation for how they handled the day. I’ll definitely be going back, we’re a notoriously a fussy family with exploring new foods, so it was lovely to eat so many new things we enjoyed.
Manager was such a lovely man and we wish the staff the best
Great food. Love the Gyros! Went here with my husband on a busy Friday night and they were still able to get us a seat no problem. The staff were very friendly and gave us advice on drinks they would recommend. Only negative would be the music was a bit to loud and it was hard to have a conversation.
First visit. Will definitely be going back. Food was delicious. Staff were lovely.
Been to Greece many a time and by far, this is the best Greek experience outside of Greece! Food is delicious and the staff are amazing 👏 10 out of 10! The moussaka and the swordfish, sublime. You need to eat here 😋 x
Amazing experience in Halloumi, I have been craving gyros for the longest time after my trip to Greece and this did not disappoint. The tomato was a pleasant surprise with it’s great flavour.
The restaurant's interior was visually pleasing, reflecting a touch of Greek charm that added to the overall dining experience.
Looking forward to returning.
What a wonderful dining experience at Halloumi Glasgow! Food was absolutely delicious. Tha mezze presentation allowed us to try a number of dishes and we very much enjoyed them all. The Greek salad was easily shareable and delicious. The lamb moussaka was amazing! . The spices were perfect and the lamb and eggplant delicious. We shared a bottle of wine but the cocktails on other tables certainly looked inviting! Dessert , the GALAKTOBOUREKO recommended by the waiter was especially delicious! All in all a wonderful experience which we highly recommend!
Food was really good. They recommend 3 dishes per person as they are small, however I found the chicken gyro to be enough for me and very tasty. The Halloumi fries are amazing. Chicken souvlaki was a bit dry and could use more seasoning.

Great staff, great good. There is a disabled access toilet, but there is one step up into the place and they don't have a ramp. I was able to shuffle up while my husband lifted my electronic chair. Staff were very helpful. The food made it worth the effort.
If you're in Glasgow and craving authentic Greek cuisine, Halloumi is the place to be!
My recent dining experience at this charming Greek restaurant left me utterly impressed.
First and foremost, let's talk about the star of the show – the Lamb Skewers. Succulent, tender, and bursting with flavor, they were grilled to perfection. The marinade was a symphony of Mediterranean spices that made each bite a delight.
The Greek Salad was a refreshing and zesty companion to the lamb. The ingredients were incredibly fresh and crisp, and the feta cheese added a creamy richness that balanced out the acidity of the tomatoes and the tangy olives. It truly transported me to the sunny shores of Greece with its authenticity.
Now, let's not forget the Potato Chips. They weren't your average chips; they were crispy on the outside and wonderfully fluffy on the inside, just as they should be. The seasoning was spot on, and they were the perfect accompaniment to the lamb and salad.
The ambiance at Halloumi is warm and inviting, with a touch of Mediterranean charm. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that your dining experience is top-notch from start to finish.
Whether you're a Greek food enthusiast or just looking for a fantastic meal in Glasgow, Halloumi should be your go-to spot. The Lamb Skewers, Greek Salad, and Potato Chips combo was a true culinary delight that will keep me coming back for more. Halloumi offers a genuine taste of Greece in the heart of Glasgow – a culinary journey you won't want to miss!
