Cossachok Restaurant - Glasgow - Photo album

Nestled amongst the bars in Merchant city, this was a nice authentic find. I tried some of the traditional Russian and Siberian dishes. Really filling, really satisfying. I tried several dishes. My best was the potato pancakes. The multi-layered Kutuzov cake was not fresh but was still delicious and
We atteneded Cafe Cossachok 🇷🇺 last Saturday and experience was fabulous from start to finish. We emailed in the morning for a resrvation and was quickly emailed back and confirmed our table. On arrival staff were very polite and welcoming. The decor is pretty cool too and the restaurant area is la
Amazing place. Very authentic. As a Russian born I can vouch for that! Food is mouth watering, the ambience is super cosy, portions are generous and prices are reasonable. The place is nicely decorated in red, with Russian dolls and scarves. There is a Russian music playing as well. I go there very

Fantastic lunch! Delicious food, beautiful decor. Friendly and prompt service. Excellent prices, especially on the lunch menu. Would definitely return & warmly recommend to others! Below is a picture on the borscht for £3.50
It was super amazing! I had a wonderful dining in here with my sis. From the starter to dessert they made us fully satisfied :) I strongly wanna go there again
We had been almost near closing time test we were well served. Scallops were slightly raw but after we've mentioned to the waiter; they agreed to make us fresh ones more well done. Wine is at decent price for area. You can watch old Soviet movies on the projector. Very nice place.
Had an excellent lunch here, with a superb beer, new to us. The pancakes were delicious, the goulash & cabbage rolls very good, the beer first class. Not exactly in the same league was the calamari. I feel very confident that this was mass produced frozen stuff like Birds-eye or Findus (remember
Borscht so tasty and very reasonably priced. Small glass of wine hit the spot as I wasn't in the mood for too much alcohol. My pancake had 3 massive scoops of vanilla ice cream and was delicious. The cafe has a lovely atmosphere. Not a huge choices for vegetarians but still suited me very well. Tha
Was a first time in a Russian restaurant and I am more than impressed. Outstanding service, delicious food and beautiful restaurant with cozy atmosphere.
We enjoyed experience here. Food was pretty authentic, high quality, home made vodka surprised with its taste. Good service, polite and responsive staff. Busy place even during day time (we were there on Saturday), many locals enjoying time there. Would recommend to visit.
Highly recommend! Amazing, authentic and unique place to visit and eat at in the historically rich part of Glasgow. The food was terrific and filling. The staff were friendly and helpful and the prices were very reasonable. I think this is as close as Glasgow can get to meeting Russia!
Real food, tasty and not too expensive, nice staff. Recommended 🍲👌
Good service, amazing food, fantastic atmosphere, tasty drinks. 🥂🍽️☕🍨🍭 Recommend for everyone.
Very tasty indeed! Our Russian colleague told us the Pelmeni were very small but very nice (he can eat a lot so don't worry about the portion size). I really enjoyed the food there, too. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant has a nice and welcoming atmosphere.
Wonderful food at great prices. Well presented. Staff experience excellent.
Lunch menu a variety of Russian cuisine, reasonably good value at £3.50 starters, £5 for mains. A la carte mains looks typically £12. Wide variety of Eastern European bottled beers. Nice decor, friendly foreign staff.
