One of the bests restaurants I have been to. I reserved seats online before coming for a family of 4...The ambience was great...warm cosy feeling. The waiter who attended to us was fantastic in his approach and very professional. Appetizer came very quickly and main meal followed in good time. You c
A large group of us came to The Butchershop for dinner. Our friend, who got married that weekend, had recommended this place as he frequents it with his (now) wife! It was superb. The wine was incredible, the food came out at perfect temperatures, and the wait staff was attentive and accommodating.
Amazing experience with very good quality steak! ! We had Philly cheese steak springrolls and black pudding scotch egg as starters and they’re both so wonderful. You can taste the hints of chestnut in the scotch egg’s sauce and it had so many layers of flavours, definitively the best scotch egg I’v
Amazing restaurant with fabulous food. The black pudding scotch egg was one of the best starters I've ever had... just delicious. The steaks were cooked to perfection, with a choice of sauces and sides. Desserts very tasty. All in all a great experience. My new favourite restaurant.
Nicely decorated restaurant, good atmosphere. Great choice of wine and the food was fantastic. However, visit was completely ruined and let down by multiple rude members of staff who were not accommodating at all and made my entire table feel extremely uncomfortable. I have never personally experien
Food is out of this world particularly the pulled pork spring rolls and steak was one of the best I've ever had our server was very knowledgeable but not too pushy amazing will definitely be back
Loved our time here on a Saturday evening. Great tasting steak and the bone marrow was to die for. A member of our party described the pork as the best she had ever had and is quite the cook herself
I was suggested to go to this place. Excellent choice!!! The scallops with parsnip puree and chips were absolutely amazing. Delicate and refreshing. And the scotschegg with black pudding was so flavourful. OMG!!!! The manager was really funny.
Lovely meal. On a Tuesday the burger vs steak is a great deal, and the steak was amazing. Perfectly cooked and such a good size considering it was part of the deal. The included house wine was delicious.
The chateaubriand Sunday roast was one of the tastiest meals I've ever had. Every single item on the plate tasted amazing. Fraser and Skye were amazing server staff by being very friendly and accommodating. You have to try The Butchershop. Of all the steakhouses in Glasgow, you won't be disappointe
