Small and cheerful café. Good morning rolls! I had the Lorene Sausage it was so tasty and reminded me of my mother-in-law's stuffing, which I love! Cool spitfire details abound. Excellent coffee!

Fantastic Scottish breakfast! Delicious food and generous portion - but take note, they don’t have takeaway containers, so consider sharing if you don’t have a big appetite. They have vegetarian and vegan options, though I only had the regular one. Small and lively place, with lovely staff. Highly recommend.

Our first full day on holiday here, and we stopped at Spitfire Espresso for breakfast before our walking tour. The coffee was very good, and the food was amazing. I had the roll with vegan black pudding, and my husband had the roll with black pudding, sausage, and a fried egg. They were very big sandwiches at a good price. The staff were all very friendly as well. What a fantastic way to start a day in Glasgow!

Really nice place. Staff were super friendly. I had the Halloumi sandwich it was pretty average. My friend had a breakfast that she really enjoyed. Will be back to try something different.

I traveled over 2000 miles in Scotland, went to numerous cafes, and this is by far the best. it's not even close. reasoning: * they have proper cafe hours. if I waited until 10am or even 11am to open like much of the country, I would be very grumpy indeed before my first coffee. * they have proper real filling food. the burrito is excellent and the Scottish breakfast also looked good. * most importantly, the coffee itself is varied and excellent. I prefer a very nice filter coffee, which is almost impossible to find across the Atlantic. the coffee I had was light and fruity, absolutely perfect. this said, I also had a long black and it was yummy as well. all in all the best spot I've been to in some time. if you are visiting Glasgow, I really wouldn't bother trying anywhere else for your morning coffee and food. I came here 3 of 3 days.

If you like everything related to the world war and the aeroplane, this is the place for you! Super picturesque, with lots of details and very good music from the period. We went for breakfast, the coffee was very good and the bun with black pudding and egg, too. Freshly cooked. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Relaxed and cosy atmosphere.

Small little cafe with a limited, but very good, selection. I’ve eaten there twice and have never been disappointed. The staff couldn’t be friendlier and they never make you feel rushed. I strongly recommend it, whether for a quick takeaway or a seated breakfast.

I really enjoyed this place. The decor is different, and I got a perfect spot at the window where I could plug in my laptop to do some work and take micro-breaks to watch the world go by. The staff were so gentle and warm, which is not a way I'm used to describing anyone, far less busy waiters and waitresses. They all greeted me when I got in, and one directed me to a seat, and offered me a coffee while I studied the menu. The mocha was delicious! I thought the brownie tasted strange, but they exchanged it for me with no fuss. I was a bit flustered and I think I didn't make the right choice after that, so I won't comment on the food, but I would come back here to try something else, and I think that says a lot.
