pizzas were excellent (again !!) really busy (as always no matter what day or time) - definitely worth the 20min wait. kudos to the staff who always deal with a large number of customers waiting to register for a table efficiently.
It was delicious!!! I really loved everything! Everything was perfect! The place is cosy and the employees are very nice! I recommend this place you will not regret ;)

Been here so many times and it's been excellent every time. Their food is great, service is fast, and their menu while small has something for everyone. Also make sure you check their dessert of the day, soooo good. And their chilli oil is perfect. It can get busy on weekends or even just weekday evenings but totally worth the wait (and the slightly cramped seating). All in all, a Glasgow must.
Only vegetarian friendly pizza place and a delicious pizza too. Judith was very helpful and suggested the best pizza. The place is also clean and well kept.
One of the best authentic pizza places, they're usually open when most restaurants nearby are closed, the ambiance is nice and lively. Tried the Margarita which was great and the burrata was fine.

The service is super fast and well coordinated. The food is amazing amazing. Also very cheap for the obvious quality. The staff are nice as well. The raspberry cheesecake is delicious and suuuper creamy. I loved everything.
Amazing true Italian pizza - great dough, great products, a perfect soak of sauce into the base, and a really fun atmosphere and welcoming staff. Strongly recommend upgrading to mozzarella do buffalina
Undoubtedly the best pizza I’ve ever had! The menu is great and highly flexible with the add-on. Had the number 8 and added the tomato sugo to it and topped it off with an amazing chocolate fudge cake.
The atmosphere is always buzzing and the playlist is amazing too.
Paessano Pizza is in the centre of Glasgow with a excellent location. The atmosphere was very good. We waited 15 minutes for find a table for 2. The Pizza was very delicious, just like in Rome. It was a great experience.
I have eaten all kind of pizzas all over the world. Paesano offers, hands down, one of the best pizza I have ever tasted. The interior design of the restaurant is simple but classic. It gives you a nice home, Italian feeling but also creates the perfect atmosphere for the classic, back to the roots pizza this place serves. Prices are also very cheap for the quality and size they provide, in comparison to big pizza chains (ex. Paesano's pizza 5 to 9 GBP, Domino's= 12 to 16 GBP).
A must visit if you are in Glasgow and looking for some place to eat.

Walking into Paesano you wonder whether it is now a bit passe. The flat white espousal of bare wood, benches and exposed concrete absolutely everywhere makes interior design rather lazy. “Just strip it back to whatever holds the roof up, bung in some refectory seating, it doesn't matter if it doesn't match, in fact better if it doesn't.”

I was there with my friend. Well, the Pizza was really delicious to be very honest, considering the prices. I was totally amazed. The alcohol was good too. I loved their theme and the ambience. The menu was quite extensive too. Overall a 4.5/5 from me. Definitely a place to where I would like to go again and again.

I’d heard a tip that Paesano Pizza, on Glasgow’s Miller Street, was doing good work. I’d walked past it a couple of times and found it packed to the gunwales so was glad to be able to pop in for a lunchtime visit. The room, which holds maybe 130, was still comfortably more than half full on a Wednesday lunchtime, so they’re clearly doing brisk business.
Controversial? We’d been to the opening of Paesano Pizza on Miller Street (right next door to Soho) in August 2015 and wanted to let the dust settle a bit before heading back for a proper visit. A sudden romantic lunch date for Mr & Mrs Foodie meant that we decided on Paesano (meaning fellow countryman or fellow Italian in Italian).
Thin based pizza with chewy crust - delicious. We had the red pepper as well as the extremely garlicky anchovy/caper and olive pizza. Followed by an affogato and ice cream with cherries. Point off for the standard Mr Softee type ice cream.
Loved it! Great service, great pizza served without fuss. They use wood fired ovens and apparently the temperature gets to 500 Celsius. Fantastic selection and you can add your own toppings.
I had a delicious pie at Paesano Pizza. The place was mobbed, but I got a table for one in less than ten minutes. My pizza arrived quickly and the service overall was excellent. The host was efficient and polite. The woman who took my order was excellent. My pizza came out quickly and it was delicious.
Very close to the city centre. Delicious Italian food - so many different pizzas to choose from. Quite busy although we walked in and were seated promptly. Tables are close to each other so quite a lot of noise. Food was quickly served! Desserts are available and I would recommend cannoli!
I recently dined at this pizza place, and I must say, the pizza was authentic and good. The flavors and ingredients transported me to Italy. However, be prepared for a busy atmosphere as this place is quite popular. Despite the crowds, the quality of the pizza makes it well worth the visit.
We went for lunch on a Friday with no booking just before 12pm. We thought we’d be the first there at that time but it was already half full. We sat and ordered, and by the time the food came it was already full with a queue. Menu choice is extensive in terms of pizza, but not much else going on. No fries to my surprise! Pizzas are Neapolitan style, so very wet and sloppy. They’re done very traditionally, the base is perfect. Far too much for me even though I was starving. Took a while to flag someone down to get bill as it was so busy. Didn’t take American Express. Price on image is for 3 people, a very reasonable price. Would recommend booking if not getting there for 12pm
One of the best pizzas I’ve had in Scotland. My brother and I each had our own pizza because we were so hungry. The crust is super thin and perfectly baked. I highly recommend this place. Be sure to make a reservation as it was busy the whole time we were there.
Having been to Naples, the birthplace of the pizza, I thought I had eaten the best pizza I would ever taste.
This is the closest I have come to recreating that experience. Incredible food, friendly service, and exceptionally reasonable pricing.
When you consider what some places will charge you for sub-par, greasy efforts, to experience such wonderful food for such a reasonable price was so refreshing.
They were absolutely packed when we visited, so they don’t really need the word of mouth, but if you haven’t been. Go. Go now.
Without question, a five star experience on every visit. Prompt service from friendly staff. Wonderful atmosphere with quick service. The perfect example that doing one thing well is better than doing one hundred things badly. My go to recommendation for friends and family passing through Glasgow looking for an affordable yet tasty meal.

Lovely atmosphere and parking at night is not a problem. Proper authentic pizza. The tiramisu was lovely. It closes at 11pm and we reached there at 10.30pm. I just felt that we were rushed a bit and were constantly reminded of the closing time. Those pizzas are of a decent size so it takes time to finish. I wanted to try their desserts as well so I asked them to put them in takeaway boxes just in case we couldn't finish on time but the funny bit is that we were there till 11.20ish and nobody rushed us after the first 20mins or so. That brings me to the question that why the sudden rush in the beginning I understand the last orders have to go in by a certain time but I just feel like if they would have told us that you can take your time it'll be alright I would've enjoyed a lot more. I even spilled my drink on my pizza as I was just rushing in the beginning when our order arrived but later it was much calmer and I felt at ease. I'll definitely visit again but I'll make sure I don't bother going in if it's any later than 10pm. The food, atmosphere and the whole vibe was really good.
This restaurant really is my favourite place to eat pizza.
From the decor to the staff to the amazing pizza, I have never left disappointed.
We arrived on a Tuesday lunchtime at 12.30, and we were seated straight away. I had seen a pizza on their social media that I was excited to try, and they had it on the specials board.
I had the mortadella and pistachio pizza, and I hope they make it a regular pizza on the menu as it was outstanding.
I will continue to bring friends and family here when they visit me in Glasgow as every time is as good as my last visit. Keep doing what you are doing.
