Located on the high street with parking (metered) outside. Limited seating downstairs, much more seating upstairs and a party room for children - staff dress up as (mainly) Disney characters. Friendly staff, modern decor, clean space.
Let's Face it all MacDonald shops staff are friendly but the staff at Gillingham high street in Kent are most friendliest. Can actually smile with the pressure from high volume of customers and even after a long stressful day, they still are calm, not irritated and friendly.
I would say:
They simply enjoy their job. I would strongly suggest a raise in pay for all of them including the cleaners. 😎

It's like any other Mcdonalds. Long queues, because it's near a train station. But still a good place to go if you want fast food.
