Free parking with lovely wide spaces.
Cafe & toilet upstairs. Makes a great alternative to the service station just uup the road!
First visit and really impressed. The food and service in the cafe was first class with the staff attentive and dressed immaculately. The food hall was neat and tidy with all goods displayed well. The whole shop was a pleasure to visit.
Very tidy location in a busy shopping centre. There is free parking available with lifts and access to both a cafe and well stocked food hall. Great selection of clothes and decent prices.

Great M&S Food section since the refurb. Freshly baked goods, large cheese counter and beers/wines/spirits section along with a good overall selection of foods with relatively comparable prices to other stores.

Newly refurbished grocery shopping area is good and has a good selection of items. Very good quality food at a slightly expensive price. The clothes section is good, not always well stocked on all the items you have online, but click and collect facility is really good. Staff is always very friendly
The cafe does very good coffee and food. My only complaint here is the loud noise level of chattering, i wonder how the staff cope with it all day as i find it uncomfortable. I wonder if its to do with the store design as i've not noticed this problem in other Marks cafes. The one at Bluewater i
Everyone in this store today was so helpful friendly and caring. I’ve never had bad service here but today after my 2 nearly 3 year old decided to go on a little adventure I really realised how amazing the staff are at Hempstead.
Has a great food hall (newly refurbished) and a good mix of departments. Not always the best stock level of the most popular sizes of clothes...often have to order online. Good parking and the covid measures in place now are much better than when the shops first opened.
I had a bra fitting today at M&S Hempstead Valley. This was my first experience of this. The lady that measured me was called Nancy. I just wanted to say Nancy was just lovely, she couldn't be more helpful and understanding of my need's. Would definitely ask for her in the future.

After being renovated, this store is a lot easier to navigate, and the layout is much more clear and simple. The separations of the fruit and vegetables is innovative and new, especially the tomato section! The whole space feels a lot more open and welcoming! The staff are extremely kind and helpful
