Nice fast food located centrally in Gillingham. Most of the time it's busy and it's difficult to find a parking space but the food is delivered fast and tasty.

In the last 2 months I got food from this Kfc several times, it was good and nothing was missing. I know that sounds like a minimum requirement for a business like this but after trying the Strood and the Chatham Dockside ones I am now just hoping for decency. Staff are ( mostly) welcoming and helpful. Food is good.

Food cooked lovely. Great customer service. Only downfall was no teabags.

On this occasion it was good. Made order on deliveroo and there is no option to choose what piece of chicken you want with the box meal. So I called the store and the girl on the phone was really friendly and polite and said she would make sure I get that piece of chicken in my box meal. Food came relatively quick and the piece of chicken I requested was there. The box was put together well, in the past other stores they've shoved everything in and you can tell. definitely think weekday orders are better for takeouts in general, that's common sense and why I rarely order on weekends from delivery.
