Really nice food and good service. They were friendly and the food came quickly as well. The price was decent. Would definitely recommend!
Had a doner kebab with chilli sauce tonight, and have got to say it was the best kebab I have had for ages. The meat was thinly cut, hot and juicy and full of flavour.. would highly recommend.. 5 stars all round

Always lovely food, have ordered so many times and will continue to do so. Kids love the pizza and the kids kebab meal. Not many great takeaway places in Gillingham so we appreciate this place for when we too lazy to cook or had a hard day at work.

We have been Ordering from here for around 6 months. I left it so long to leave a reveiw as I always find that you find a good kebab house and its like the 1st couple of orders are great but then as time goes on the quality goes downhill!
Not here we love the food so fresh and tasty, salads are fresh and not greasy and you have to try the German street food kebab it's one of our faves! Tonight we decided to go for the special Grill mmm mm mm 😋 delicious! They even put a tortilla wrap at the bottom of the meat tray to soak up the oils from cooking so the meat isn't swimming in juices!
To Top it off the lady on the phone is so nice and polite. I always call and when the call ends my husband says the same thing.."I like that lady she sounds really nice" 🤣

Since I did this review, Ramzey Grill has improved a lot. Took a chance on them again and the food was great and delivery was spot on. I have been back to them again a fair few times since I did my initial review so have changed my score accordingly. I have chosen to leave my initial review intact below to show you all what issues there were and if you chose to use them, then you can hopefully see for yourselves how they have improved.
I have been a customer for 15 years back when it used to be called Senola's. Unfortunately the quality and standards have dropped dramatically.
Once they used to have the best Lamb Donner meat and chips and the best Chicken Donner meat and chips in town, in my opinion.
Now the chicken mostly turns up as charcoal, the chips with practically every meal are hard and seem like they have been fried, left for ages and then fried again to make them warm. The bottom of the food container, you will find an orange looking liquid which is clearly the grease which hasn't be drained before being put in the food container.
Now that's not the only issues. Usually when ordering over the phone, you are advised the delivery will take up to 40 minutes. Most occasions it usually arrives around an hour, or not at all. This evening I placed an order, was told 40 minutes for delivery. 1 hour later I phone them back to ask where my order is, they tell me the driver should be here shortly. I tell them to forget it as I'm no longer waiting and not paying for late food delivery. 10 minutes later they phone me back to tell me some rubbish story that my food hasn't even been taken by the delivery driver and offered to send it out straight away which I declined.
So sad what's happened to my favourite local kebab place.
Amazing place. Food there is to dye for,. Amazing staff and Quick service . I go on there quite a bit and they always remembers me . Ramsey is so funny and caring he will talk you while doing your food so you don’t feel awkward . Haven't known them for that long (5 months) for I always feel welcome and ramsey I can’t say enough about that man. Sending my love ❤️
