The food here is absolutely delicious. Honestly me and my partner are the fussiest eaters known to man and we ate everything that we ordered. Cooked to perfection, hot and beautifully presented. Served with a smile and staff couldn't do enough to make sure order was taken and any changes were noted
Recently had a meal with a friend at this very warm,welcoming, friendly pub. Had 3 courses, all of which were presented beautifully. Starters were lovely.
Steak was cooked to perfection (medium rare)
Pudding was delicious.

We moved around the corner from this place nearly 2 years ago but never visited as worried it was going to be too football-y, but not a problem in July! We went with my Mum to try the Sunday roast and were not disappointed! The food was well presented and tasted lovely! My Mum loves a Toby Carvery b
First visit great service and the food was excellent but not a place to have a meal. Mainly blokes and the swearing was terrible but have to say the blokes were polite to me when I went up to the bar.

Excellent family friendly pub with great food and friendly and efficient staff. Quiz nights, music/ dancing nights and don’t forget the sports TV. I highly recommend The Cricketers to all.
