OK so we have lived opposite this place for a year and never used it until the other week. We have tried a variety of other Indian eareries and until now not found one we've used twice. However our first takeaway from here was something else, portion size just right with enough meat in the dish and not just all sauce. We only ordered a couple of curries and naan, the curry came with rice which was a nice surprise. Overall the quality of the food has stood above other places we have used so we will definitely be ordering from here from now on
Its looking a bit better decoration wise. Have been going for a lot of years but it went dreadfully downhill. Was a nice meal just a couple of things could be improved on more and that is service and able to get a coffee afterwards!!!!
Another great meal, love their Rogan Josh. Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere. Since our last visit the restaurant has just had a makeover and looking really good. Can't wait until we are in the area for another visit - Wish this place was nearer to us!
Nearly always quiet apart from the odd cackilng middle aged lush that simply has to keep reminding everyone else in the restaurant that she is there. Apart from that, the hosts are always pleased to see you and you are never rushed. This is one of few restaurants I always leave a tip, because they deserve it.

I can't stop thinking about the Ace special I had. Amazing food and friendly staff. Decor for use a spruce up but just enjoy the food and value
Very good jalfrezi, all other meals ordered by our party were equally praised. Nothing to look at from the outside, but worth a visit or a takeaway.
A pleasant little Christmas Eve, late booking for eight of us, service was good, food very nice and staff very friendly. Would certainly go again.

Love the food in this place it's a bit dated now needs some new carpet
£9.95 on a Tuesday for starters, main, side and rice. We'll worth it, food tastes lovely.
