Stopped off for a quick coffee and was told I had a birthday treat (free cake) available. Great customer service.
Excellent service, friendly staff especially the Waitress, very outgoing definitely service with a smile, made you feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be revisiting highly recommended.
Overall all staff is friendly and helpful but today I got medium caramel mocha.I would like to thanks the girl she made absolutely amazing coffee for me. Her way of serving and talking to customers was brilliant. Love to go there again for nice coffee.

He continued to entertain me whicks serving the drinks with impeccable timing. You put a bit smile on my face, people like yourself are a real shame credit to the store. Could do with another barista, always packed, and more inside space. Staff always pleasant, coffee always excellent.

Great Costa. Lovely staff who always give great service! Nice and spacious, also some outside seating available for those summer months! Variety of food and drink from hot tea and coffee to iced drinks perfect for the summer.
I'm really impressed by the new vegan options they have and the outdoor seating area. I find their coffee very bitter, and I think they probably burn the beans on purpose because that improves their shelf-life and makes them cheaper in bulk, but that's not the fault of the staff that work there. The staff there are very nice :)
Very nice Costa, Lucy at till helped wife and me to decide a cold drink which was followed by a friendly service .

Nice little coffee shop just outside the main hustle and bustle of the shopping mall itself. Nice staff and a pleasant atmosphere where it never seems to get too busy, unlike the one inside the mall which always seems busy and the staff a little rushed so quality ocationally slides.
Just had a coffee. It was nice to chill in the warm.before I had to pick my daughter up and go to work. Just did my puzzles and read my phone. Nice not to be in a rush
Pleasant venue as are so many of the costa coffee sites. Great outdoor seating area Very clean and tidy inside. Costa coffee sites are always a bonus for me as the prices are consistent and I know I can get a good cup of coffee
