We've been to Bella Italia on several occasions and have had fantastic service every time. The food is delicious and plenty of choice. Used both in the evening and for lunch and never been disappointed. Staff are friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend.
visited last night for dinner with my husband our waitress Paula was amazing and couldn't do enough for us!! food was good quality too even tho really busy and poorly staff still working due to manager accepting new customers in even tho the staff were explaining they couldn't cope much more. will definately be back 5* to Paula is a definate plus for the restaurant

I’ve been to a fair few Bella Italian’s in the past and always make the most of getting my tesco my clubcard vouchers to pay for the food…bonus. I’ve always found them a bit hit and miss and the food a little ‘Chuck In the microwave’. We visited here on Easter Sunday fully expecting to be packed but it was very quiet. Staff were very friendly and service was quick. The whole place was clean and tidy and the table and menus perfect. As a group of 5, the staff quickly grabbed another table to a join so that we had plenty of room. Staff were attentive and able to explain menu items when prompted. Food arrived quickly and hot and portion sizes were reasonable. Overall a well earnt 5 stars as staff clearly look after the place.
The service and assistance we received was excellent! Really attentive staff who helped with the mistake we made ordering via the QR code.
Asked if the food was OK just the right amount of times, made sure everything was good for us and generally very helpful and made us both feel very comfortable to stay once our meal was over. The food was tasty and hot.
All staff we encounterd were friendly, helpful and smiley.
Atmosphere inside was great. We were made to feel comfortable and nothing was too much trouble
The tables are set at just the right distance from the next as well so for a date night, it was nice and private.
Neither of us had ever been before and will definitely return again. :-)
This Bella Italia is clean and tidy, with nice decor and friendly staff.
I went on a Saturday evening with a party of 6, and we were able to be seated immediately, and had 2 courses in 2 hours.
It is so clear that the staff work very hard here, and were working non-stop. Although at busiest, the restaurant was only about 80% full, the staff were completely run off their feet the entire time we were there. I would hope their manager acknowledged their hard work and had sufficient staffing levels for the benefit of their wait staff.
The food is a little more pricey here than other chain restaurants, with the lowest priced main being ~£13, but generally £15-£20. However, there is a 2 or 3 course set menu which is cheaper.
They had a good range of food and desserts and overall I enjoyed my time here.
Scott the manager is fantastic! Really looks after me and the family every time we go there! Always smiling always incredible service. Food was lovely! Thank you Scott again for a lovely evening. Will see you again soon! Bella are really lucky to have you!
Had the loveliest meal this evening with such a lovely server. Charli was just brilliant, with spot on sense of humour and nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to her for making our meal so enjoyable.

Today we had an intense craving for pasta 🍝 thus, we’ve decided to have our dinner here, at Bella Italia. Our pasta was delicious and the service was great!
Harry was exceptional today. We couldn't have asked him to do any more for us. He was attentive to our needs and made us feel very welcome. He was not only looking after us but several other tables also. We had a good chat with him and he mentioned that he was still relatively new to be honest we would not have known had he not told us. We mentioned our experience to Scott the manager who said thank you and asked us to leave the feedback officially on here. We will definitely be back thank you Harry & Bella Italia for a great end to my daughters birthday.
Pronto pasta deal on now inc Gamberoni (king prawn) normally over £17 now £7.99 ! Staff sweet as usual good portions and nice atmosphere.
First time visiting a Bella Italia and I have to say I was very impressed with the staff. They we're all so friendly and really good with the kidd! Food was pretty good too! Will definitely be going back again at some point 👍
