To be fair, the food and drink are pretty standard in quality, as well as being expensive. But it's justifiable when you get great service. I had bit of a bad first experience but did get an apology from Gails. Since then the staff, atmosphere and beverages have been first class. I like my hot chocolate extra hot and the staff serve is perfectly every time. Thank you

I love Gails. We are so fortunate to have one in Gerrard’s Cross. The spinach and feta roll is incredible. It’s a lovely, warm, friendly place to meet a friend for coffee.
The service instore is great, the coffee's that I got tasted good, and looked very appealing. The bread was lovely too, but quite tough on the outside.

Been here many times often at the weekend without issue. It’s actually a much nicer Gail’s in terms of both venue and staff than some others I’ve been too, mostly in London; I was genuinely surprised by the poor reviews this particularly one has received, but I’m pleased to say I like this one 👍
Lovely gails. Lots of seats and nice ambience. I like studying here really cool and I get work done.

A nice little deli. It’s very busy on weekends. The sweet and savoury treats are always nice but they are quite expensive. Staff have always been helpful and friendly when I’ve visited.
