Excelent customers service in Gerrards Cross, Alexander the Costa shop manager extremely polite and best staff around , I'm having my coffee every morning here, so happy with excelent people, thank you guys.
Swift service by the entire team. The mgr here was exceptional. My order was error free and very efficient. I managed to get my coffee and catch my train with ease. I used a voucher from Xmas and without even asking the mgr shared a print out of what I’d used and how many beans I had left. Such a good service. Thank you.
Had a lovely Post run treat here today. There was a great range of cakes and hot drinks. The whole place seemed clean and well presented. There's seating inside and a limited amount outside. The service was pretty quick and staff very friendly.
It was nice to be able to sit inside and have a coffee after too long. They have upped their game in this places in England the last time I was here a few months ago. The lads behind the counter actually seemed as glad to have people back in as we were to be there. This showed in the welcome and the better speed of service than we have had here in the past. They will need to be a bit careful now, as there are two newcomers in the same street. All are vying for what, I am sure, will be a smaller footfall when Marks and Spencer close heir doors next weekend☹.
Can be busy which means things can be a little slow but not a massive issue. Very friendly staff, will come back again.
Great coffee as always and very friendly staff, we walked in at 9.30 one Sunday morning and only one young lady working, there was only 2 customers and it was nice to see her cleaning everything around the shop and chatting to both of us. Thank you for a friendly service! 👍
Great coffee, staff brilliant. Appeared to have a good selection of cakes, sandwiches, etc. But only had coffee and chocolate twist (don't tell anyone as on diet!) this time

I had stopped going to Costa because I prefer Nero's coffee. But have been back lately. Coffe seem to have improved immensely. I love the coconut cortado. Service is good and place is usually clean.

Relatively new Costa in Chalfont St Peter and a good addition to the village. It's near to the new M&S so handy to combine the two. There's a car park in front of the cafe which has a 1 hour time limit. There are some outdoor seats on the pavement. Service is always friendly and the food / drink is standard Costa stuff. As usual, the flat white is more like a latte, so I always go for that. I knocked a star off because the tables don't get cleared very quickly so you end up doing it yourself.
Such a nice place to have in or take away from. Offers great tasting coffee, paninis, sandwiches, cakes and pastries. Hand sanitisation station for customers has been installed.
Enjoyed a large latte on a cold day! Excellent aervoice!
