We arrived for a very late Sunday lunch but as a group of 8 they were still accommodated. The building is nice and the back tented area feels large, roomy and well decorated. We nearly all had the carvery lunch, that was banging! After several hours of hill walking we absolutely needed it. £14 per adult and £8 for children it was in a league of it's own. Pork, gammon, turkey and beef (I think we were too late for lamb) but a huge helping. Plus help yourself to Yorkshire pudding. It's a definite visit if you're in the area and bring the hungry family. Plus dogs have their own menu.

What a beautiful place to eat and drink. The food is amazing and a great selection of drinks. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend booking, this place gets very busy. You can book on Facebook or the website. When leaving remember to turn right then left. The road gets crazy with cars trying to get in. Enjoy

Lovely place and delicious carvery. Booked on Facebook for 9 people the night before and they managed to cater us all. We loved that dogs were allowed too. Carvery was so good and fresh. Thank you all for a wonderful afternoon.

On holiday from Ireland we called here for dinner on our 2nd evening and was not disappointed at all. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, alot has gone into here with outside seating area, kids playground etc and all very clean. We had the Gammon for dinner and it was absolutely fantastic, no skimping on the portion and very very fresh. I had the choc fudge cake which was melt in the mouth. Highly highly recommend.

Bright, airy seating area with an excellent carvery. A touch colder than I’d like but to be expected with a carvery. Great service. Dog friendly. Would definitely come again!

Lovely carvery Sunday lunch today. Huge portions, very comfortable seating. Clean loos and attentive, delightful staff. The pork I had had great crackling. To be uber picky, some apple sauce would have cherry topped the already excellent, well priced, delicious meal. Thank you!

We have been here twice whilst on holiday and once had the Sunday carvery which is absolutely amazing, the meat is cooked to perfection and not think its a good slice of meet and you get 3-4 slices, then the veg is fantastic including the mushy peas, 2 types of gravy I jade the beef which was delicious. My kids had the adult pizza which went down really well and then the Bryn burger was ordered and that is a fantastic burger. We had curry too which was a great portion, very nice and lots of meat in it. The puddings were scrumptious and then they have a fantastic drinks selection. I would definitely book if you want the Sunday roast as it gets really busy but still comfortable to enjoy your meal and noone pushes you to leave. The pub is dog friendly and the staff are fantastic. I would definitely eat here time and again if I lived closer. Thank you to all the staff for our wonderful meals and your service.

What a beautiful place to sit in the sun and eat a lovely meal while the children play on the play park. The food was served quickly, all cooked beautiful and 5 empty plates were left ( just enough room left for a dessert 🍨). Very reasonably priced too, would definitely visit here again if we came back to this area. The whole place is spotless, in a beautiful setting with a view of the mountains. We are a family of 5 (2 adults , 16yr old, 7 yr old a d 9 yr old). We drove past this place on our way to Haven and decided to check it out for tea one night. We all had a lovely time and glad we came!
