Cost very traditional pub with extremely good food. Good selection of drinks. Quality of the food is high so value for money is only a little bit shy of exceptional while portions are very abundant. Lovely pub with good food selection, main menu very good but also a specials page. Had nibbles starter which was delicious, good quality balsamic and pesto dips for warm lightly toasted bread.

Popped in on a quiet early Saturday lunchtime and just wanted something simple. I should have asked for a salad but had cheesy chips instead! Neither were on the menu so they were very accommodating. Would definitely go again.
