Nice place, nice staff. I especially liked some young wonderful lady who works there. She was so cute and beautiful so that Mac has become my favourite Mac in Gateshead. Despite her youth, she works professionally and how I noticed she did a lot of different jobs there. Also she helped us with our order. I just asked her about our order and it was solved. To be honest I just tried to find the reason to speak with her and asked about our order))). I wish her all the best

Although I had issues with waiting time, also one of my orders wasn't fulfilled due to the ice-cream machine being out of order, however the customer service agents after being contacted, resolved my issue directly by compensating with something else worth the stress.
I can conveniently say they do have a prompt and responsive after-sale service system in place, and it's highly recommendable.
Food like all McDonald's card board chips but tried the new burger a lot better than the big mac.got stuck at the drive through collection point for 2 min as the staff noticed the cat walking in back window
Simply amazing. Asked for extra pickles on my Quarter Pounder and they delivered. Not one other McDonald’s I’ve been to has been so generous with pickles. It’s heaven.

Dropped a few stars only because as I approached the recycle station two members of staff were blocking it. One moved completely out the way the other stood there watching me dispose of everything not normal service
I actually work for them but very helpful staff,try to ensure best quality and if we make a mistake(we are human and rare) or you want extra sauce always happy to ammend or to help your work there and eat there
Typical McDonald's. Can get very busy in the afternoon regardless of which day it is. Expect a long wait for food.
Usual fast service and good value with App rewards
Had to go here as (per usual) team valley had no mc flurries & metro had no squishms
