Lovely place for food and coffee. Service was great and Jak was welcoming and very nice to talk to. Great place for afternoon coffee and some food. Will definitely be chekcing in out on an evening or Sunday dinner. The art and mirror art are amazing and also for sale.

Wonderful place, so stunning and full of art. And they let you mooch around. Food was phenomenal, we ate at night when the menu is Bangladeshi food. Just lush! Planning our next visit already, gonna try a Sunday roast. Stunning place and great food and drinks 10/10
Had a Bacon Sandwich and Hot Chocolate, sandwich was full of bacon and tasted lovely, hot chocolate was good.
Staff were more than helpful in explaining menu and the ethos of the Establishment.
They are doing Music and Comedy nights twice a month upstairs.
Decor is eclectic and atmospheric.

Such a nice place for lunch! the vegan wrap was really delicious and the bread with the soup was amazing. The two waitresses that were in were lovely, really kind people, would absolutely come back for the 10/10 service they gave.We got some vegan cake which was honestly one of the best vegan things i’ve had :))
We were coming back from Edinburgh and we needed a place to relax, it was the only place open and im so glad it was. The atmosphere was amazing, very friendly staff, unfortunately we didnt get to try food but we will definitely come back in the future for food. If you are passing thru make it as one of your stops. I bet in summer it looks amazing
Very atmospheric and quirky. We had a lovely Sunday lunch there and I loved it. It's surprisingly large with lots of smaller rooms, and I noticed that the staff tried to spread everyone out so you could have private conversations. Obviously it was quiet and this may not always be possible. No intrusive loud music either!
Fantastic venue which I was pleasantly surprised by. It's an old church in Bensham but step inside and it's like being inside an artist's head.
Food was really tasty, had food off the Bangladesh village menu which was spiced just right and arrived promptly. Waitress was very friendly and attentive.

Lovely quirky and charming little cafe with great food. Rich and flavourful with slight twists on the spices to add a different taste. The chicken tikka has a love intense tang to it!

Cool, quirky place to eat, doesn't look like much from the outside but step inside and its great plus has a gallery!! Great service waitressing staff, food fine, good size portions and price. Only let down by an arse of a manager / owner. You do not kick off with your waitressing staff on 2 separate occasions, on the restaurant floor, so that all customers can hear, you were being a total jerk and childish with them. Service was great, speedy, no complaints from me at all. Your attitude towards them was not necessary and very unfair and certainly in no way professional!!!!!! If I was the Dad that came in, I would not have been so polite and hands off with you!! Sort your act out and not your staffs. (ex restaurant manager).
What an absolute gem of a place! How have I not been before? The curry was delicious... I will definitely be going back to try the daytime menu and very possibly have another slab of that honey cake. It's dog friendly too so I shall be back with the little monster!!!

Second time I have visited - was very impressed on first visit and brought another friend on this visit who likewise was impressed. Staffvery friendly and helpful - food and service first class. Enjoyed informative chat with staff member assembling mirror - he went out of his way to explain his work. Would certainly recommend a visit.
Nice food & atmosphere. Occasionally have been messed around by staff when trying to book a table for a regular meet up I run.
