Top marks for BK in Gateshead. I might have just caught them at a quiet moment, but I ordered at the board, and went to use the toilet. By the time uf washed my hands my food was ready to go. Fries were nice & hot, burger could have been hotter, but that's convenience fir you. I only wanted a quick bite & that's exactly what I got. Cheers BK.
Popped in for tea after the cinema. Place was clean, service was fast (it was around 4pm) and it was quiet. Enjoyed my Loaded Fries, and my daughter and her partner enjoyed their burger meals.

Been going there since opened, through school and college and still go now. Staff are lovely always smiling, place is clean, never wait too long for food. Will always recommend!
Nice burgers and the chips are my favourite. It's so expensive compared to other fast food outlets. You can save a fair bit of money by using the app but I couldn't afford to eat here regularly.
Typical Burger King fast food restaurant, they have never had coke cola original for last three weeks, however they have diet and zero. Staff are friendly and it's easy access car park is free for thirty minutes

Didn't have a bad experience, staff were alright.
Don't ask how but accidently ordered from the incorrect branch! Had to drive about 10 minutes when my mistake was realised. To the credit of the correct branch they had realised it wasn't collected and put in in an area to be kept warm. I've had colder when going through McDonalds drive through. Definitely much better than McD. They only lose a star because I find their app difficult to use, it is not intuitive. If I google a specific branch and go to the website I presume I'm ordering at that branch.
The food as always was brilliant (always preferred Burger King burgers over McDonald's).
Would of been a 5 star. But unfortunately, the soft drink dispenser had many of the drink choices unavailable.
Over all, still a great place to eat with the family.
