First time here today lovely food and dessert just under £3 for dessert slush lovely to :)
Nice cafe in a great park. Service and cleanliness are always good, food is nice and reasonably priced. Not the trendiest of cafes, but always consistent.
We've visited many times since it opened . It's very popular weekends and holidays. Coffee is nice . The floor is some sort of stone and when it's busy the noise reverberates as dies the scraping of the chairs. No dogs allowed which is a shame as in the winter there's not too many people about and
Nice place to get some nice food, although very expensive! A bacon sandwich (with 2 rashers of bacon) and a hot chocolate was over £6!! Yet I can get the same from Greggs for £2 with 3 rashers of bacon in sandwich! The staff are lovely and the views from inside are nice but much better from outside
Great for a light refreshment when walking around Saltwell park. Great modern indoor seating area. Excellent outdoor area overlooking the park. Good coffee, although only one size available and is quite small.
Nice cuppas, and a selection of sandwiches and cakes. Visiting cat patrols the grouds and dogs are welcome. Great setting in the summer.
Lovely little cafe with good selection of sandwiches and cakes. There is plenty of seating inside but the best views are from the outside seating area.
Nice tea room in Saltwell Park. Seats indoors and outdoors, ideal for a cuppa and a sandwich after a wander round the park.
If you fancy something nice to eat or drink as part of your wander round the best park in Gateshead the tearoom at Saltwell towers is highly recommended.
Excellent food, friendly staff. A great day out for the the family at Saltwell Towers . Will be back soon.
