Lovely staff and they were so fast to get the food to the table, all our food was really good so will be returning �

Overall good experience. The chicken wings were going to be longer than expected and we were given the option of a free starter (if happy to wait) or a refund. We chose to wait and the starter was a nice way to keep my hungry daughter at bay until her meal arrived. When the food came it was nice and fresh, I enjoyed the environment as well. Oh and the lady who served us was particularly pleasent and friendly
Love the food, love the place, staff are lovely! Had the new Fino platter (sharing with hubby) was absolutely lovely but still prefer the red pepper dip to start followed by the full platter, coleslaw much nicer although prefer sweet potato wedges to chips. Thank you Nando's you've done it again!!
1st time at nando's with my partner and her 2 girls one of which is vegan and I must say the service was top notch and the food was excellent aswell will definitely visit again
Favourite place in the world! � have never been to gateshead nandos as always visit the newcastle ones but i work in the square so decided to give this nandos a try with family. Best nandos yet!

Ordered some food and found our that it wasn't halal. The staff Rufaro and others were polite, friendly, caring and really empathised with my situation. They even gave me an alternative for free! Thank you so much

A regular at this Nando’s and thought I’d leave a further review after trying the new loaded fries.
Haven’t been in for a few months and was greeted by Norman who is probably the best host I’ve met in Nando’s. He was friendly, polite, couldn’t do enough for you, and best of all it came across as very genuine. I’m pretty sure he might have even went to Tesco just to get me some malt vinegar when I couldn’t find any with the condiments!
We were handed a leaflet with a photo of the new loaded fries on them and I couldn’t wait to try them.
The fries themselves were brilliant. Some of the tastiest I’ve had. The chips themselves weren’t hot, but warm enough to eat. I expect this was due to the time preparing the wraps we also had as the cheese had melted on top.
The wraps were disappointing on this occasion. I usually get a double, but got a single breast on this occasion. The wrap had 4 bits of chicken in about 2cmx1cm? This might be normal, but it did feel like I had more bites of a lettuce wrap than a chicken one. - you can see the 4 bits in the photo.
I’d have usually dropped a star for the food on this occasion, but since the host was so good it’s getting 5 overall.
Very nice quick lunch date. Nicely done inside, atmospheric with twinkly lights. Order using app at the table. Food arrived very quickly, freshly made and very tasty. Moderate prices.

Food was absolutely lovely. I had the medium spice butterfly chicken with chips and Coleslaw. Interior of the restaurant is inviting and the staff were lovely and friendly. You have to order your food at the counter which is great as you can pay there and then and you don't need to wait for the bill at the end when you have finished your food. Great place and good location.
I love Nando’s. Never disappoints !! My go to restaurant.. Reminds me of home,Africa…

It's a nandos the foods ok as are all their restaurants.
I personally don't like all the order on an app, help yourself to drinks, help yourself to this n that - it's like self service at a supermarket I'll pay a premium and do your staffs job.
However food was quick and standard nando food
Delicious food - Covid-19 precautions in place. Really friendly staff, very attentive.
Boneless Chicken sharing platter, medium spice, 2x peri chips, garlic bread & mash.
Went for lunch on a Sunday so pleasantly quiet and was seated at one of their booths which we really appreciated. We did specifically ask for a whole chicken (served in four parts) with one spice on two pieces and another on the other two, but all were, as far as I could tell, the same marinade. Still fab though but a touch more attention to our request would have been appreciated.
All in all a lovely place for a bit of food; as with all Nando's, the interior is great and tables are made spotless before you're sat down.
What a great experience from the moment we walked in. They explained the concept and the ordering process was smooth and easy. Thw food was delicious. The menu choices had a social twist. The free refills on the soft drinks is very generous. I like to support business that support humanitarian projects and focus of creating jobs in remote places. The staff was great.
Food is spot on. It's always good to come here after the cinema.
Keep your personal items close as there are a few local menaces that patrol the area.
Loved every Nandos I've been too and this was no exception.
Me and my girlfriend arrived at an off peak time and received out food very quickly.
Staff were very friendly towards us.
Interior designs of all the nandos I've been to have all been really cool, I must admit that this is in my top 5 for interiors with one in London taking the top spot.
