Well had my best korma ever the night and a Christmas card nice touch
Had a Just Eat delivery from here, arrived within the time slot, all were nice and warm! I ordered the Star Of Asia Special Kebab which was packed full of flavour and juicy, i also had a Garlic Nan and Sri Lankan King Prawn Curry, the Nan was tasty dipped in the Curry loads of juicy prawns too. Lovely dinner i had 👍👌

We enjoyed this a hell of a lot and we keep going back, but I always get the tandoori mixed grill because it is just beyond amazing the flavour is amazing. The quality is just amazing myself go to indian takeaway beyond a doubt.
First time using star of asia and I thoroughly enjoyed it, 1 of the best I have had by far, fast delivery and friendly driver, definitely recommended and will be ordering again

Had another meal last night 4th March 2021 (one over a number of weeks), and it is as good as ever. Great food great service, I've seen a few kitchens of Indian takeaways and would avoid them at all cost!, but here it has a good scrub down every night!.
Food is magnificent, we've tried it several times now and we've never been disappointed, we like our nans well done and crispy, and we ask everywhere we go but it's not always taken on board, but these guys listen. They couldn't be more helpful we live quite far away but they catered for us anyway. A proper gem of a place.
Best Indian Takeaway, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Thursday & Sunday Banquet special is great value for money.
Amazing take away! Their pizzas, curries, chips and banquet meals etc taste great! Good quality food at amazing prices! Definitely recommend, I've never had any problems with them and their delivery time is always quick and the drivers are polite and happy!!

It's always of the highest standard. It's great tasting, more than adequate portions, and at very reasonable cost. The empty plates say it all..
Delivery times are usually very prompt, and their drivers always polite and cheery..

I’ve been in Gateshead for 4 years and this is the best curry house in the area. Amazing quality every time. Pakoras and Bajiis are delightful. The taste of their curry is superb. Do not miss this treat!
