We had a lovely experience being our first time eating here. The waiter explained everything to us and the app was really easy to use for ordering our food and drinks. Very nice nandos in Newcastle. The chicken fell off the bone. The peri-salted chips are way better than the plain salted. You can't even compare to the Nandos that you get in South Africa.
Nando's Metro Centre - Qube offers exceptional food and excellent customer service. We went for the whole chicken sharing platter with four sides. Kudos to the chef - we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and couldn't have made it better ourselves.

Table service and ordering at the table is so easy. Really clean, excellent queuing system which means no waiting in one place, they text you when your table is ready. Members of staff there are so pleasant and smiley, loved it.

It takes a lot to impress me with food, 1st time in Nando's...Well done.. with the meal and service, food was very tasty was hot as in cooked hot not spicy had the medium heat, chips were so good, chicken was very tasty and fell off the bone. Will be calling in again for sure.

Very friendly staff & the food is always tasty & succulent. Our favourites are definitely the medium spiced Butterfly chicken or thighs with peri salted chips. We usually share the Boneless Platter between 2 of us. (And the occasional nandos reward).
