Service was great food was great and i love the puddings, all the staff were polite and friendly
I had lunch here last week with my Mam and my Son. My son has allergies. The system in place at Frankies and Benny's to exclude all meals that contain the allergens on a tablet making it so easy to order for him, which is a big thing for us as a family to be able to eat out and know Noah isn't going to end up with a bad stomach. and all the staff were brilliant with him. More places should follow their lead so thank you from us!!
Loved the service and the breakfast we've been served on Saturday morning. As we had to wait bit longer for a few extra toasts, eventually they put it on the house. Absolutely friendly staff and food was lush.

I ordered the big one for breakfast and was not disappointed. I usually find the beans and mushrooms are tasteless in restaurants but not here. The service was great and the staff were very friendly.
Visited here for dinner (lunch) on our shopping trip with our 3 kids.
Basic menu for lunch time which was fine and still a decent selection. The kids meals are good value and all 3 boys enjoyed their meals. It's a shame you can't get 2x sides though as some of the meals are quite small.
I chose the Halloumi Wrap which I really regretted - I love Halloumi but there was so much salad and avocado that I couldn't even taste the Halloumi in it, very disappointing. My husband had the BBQ beef wrap which he said was really nice.
Dessert wise I thought the options were pretty rubbish if you don't like or don't want chocolate. It's a shame they don't have a strawberry or Eton mess sundae or something. I tried the creme egg cookie dough in the end and it was very rich, definitely needs to come with ice cream.
Our waitress was lovely, very quick service. It's a good pit stop for lunch but I'd definitely pick something different if we went again.
the waitress who served us was lovely. I was going to order extra black pudding but the waitress warned me the breakfast is big so offered to see how I get on with that before I decide to get more. I probably wouldn't have finished the breakfast if I had got the extra black pudding
First time in ages we've been to Frankie and Benny's and really enjoyed lunch. We went for the lunchtime menu and everything came out hot and was very tasty. The burger was especially good. The server could not have been nicer or more friendly.
Efficient I mean wow lightening service, friendly without being pushy, the food was lovely and plenty of it we had planned on getting a desert but nope we were too full. The price was amazing especially for what we got.
Went as a family to celebrate the end of GCSE exams. Lovely food and service! Pity the local ones all closed up mid-Covid. Worth the longer trip for a family family favoured treat.

Hi , My Friend And I Dined At Your Metro Centre Branch Today And Am Sorry To Say We Were Disappointed Where All Other Occasions We've Really Enjoyed Our Time There.
Today I Ordered Banana Waffle Of Which Was Far Too Big To Eat And My Friend Ordered Apple Crumble And Custard.
The Apple Crumble Was More Of A Lid Of A Pie And Was Tiny.
Lettuce Was Served With One Of The Main Meals Even Though We Had Asked For It To Be Left Off.
Also We Were Not Given A Handset To Write A Review About Our Dining Experience And All The Other Customers Who Were Dining At The Same Time As Us Were Given Handsets.
I Feel We Were Missed Out Deliberately With This As Staff Knew We Weren't Happy.
Shame Really As Our Server Was Very Pleasant.
Staff was friendly especially with our children, the food was great although my wife steak was a bit tougher than she wanted (steak is always tricky). My salmon was okay with the string beans firmer than I expected. All in all though, our waitress was great, food was decent (aside from the points above) and no problem with the timing of the food.
Great traditional breakfast. Cooked ro perfection. Brought at the right time (heat) .
Brown bread and butter. Range of hot drinks were good. Restroom spot on.
Back for old times sake and what a great visit. Yummy food and great service .
Awesome service from the server Mike, I got a 15" pepperoni pizza which is the best pizza in a very long time, my partner got a well presented chicken burger with fries and it smelt and tasted like heaven, after we had finished he offered a pizza box and also really friendly, always ask for Mike!!!!
Recommended his favourite pizza and described it aswell definitely coming back:)
