Consistently delicious food, revised menu better then ever and everything is always served up red hot by very friendly, attentive staff. Fantastic place for the family to eat, and the variety is superb. Really can't fault the place.

Came in here a few days ago with my family for the buffet. Food was great, everything was fresh. You definitely get your moneys worth. We were served by the guy with long hair and a lightning bolt tattoo on his arm (I can't remember his name, sorry!) He was great! Very cheerful and enthusiastic, made us all smile. Will be back again!

Have had some not so good experiences at Pizza Hut but my son really wanted to go there for tea. Was surprisingly impressed, service was efficient and friendly. The self serve salad bar helped avoid the "how long will dinner be?" questioning, pizzas were tasty & good value. My 7 year olds sons review was that it was excellent- the staff were kind & the food was good. Thank you x

The young man that served us was faultless, he was busy the whole time we were there yet still came to our table polite and could not do enough. My only criticism was the manager (least I think he was as he was not in uniform) and a uniform he could use as his attire was not well kept

Visited today with my Mam and my 1 year old son, food was lovely but the waiter (young lad with long tied back hair and glasses) really made our day! He was so nice to everyone, going out of his way to make conversation with every customer and nothing seemed too much bother for him. A genuinely nice person who really brightened up our day!

If you are looking for lunch options during the week, the buffet which is all you can eat is on till 3pm and just £9.99 per person although there is the option to upgrade with other items like sides and dessert! Fantastic pizzas and salad bar! Doesn’t take American Express.

Went for lunch during a birthday shopping trip, prices are really good, staff were friendly and not overbearing. Ordered lunch buffet and unlimited drinks so were left to help ourselves. Food tasted good and could tell it was fresh as new dishes were put out three times just while we were there, the stations were always topped up and place was really clean. Would definitely return next time I'm in the area thanks Metrocentre. Various locations photos

Favourite place to eat pizza. Loves the unlimited salad section. Plenty of parking spaces and conveniently placed near the metro centre.

Many years since I last visited a pizza hut but at the request of her 9 year old and her friend we visited the metro centre branch. There is a new way of ordering which is done in the form of via an app or at a kiosk. Staff explained they are on hand to help if needed. Both kids got the buffet option which included refillable soft drinks, all you can eat salad bar and pizza / pasta buffet. I ordered the refillable drink, all you can eat salad bar and a vegetable flatbread. Drinks were fine, salad bar all appeared fresh, well stocked and what you would expect. Girls seemed to enjoy the pizza and pasta, there was a good choice of pizzas and 2 different pastas. The stand out was the flatbread, I didn't have high expectations but it was very very nice, crisp, fresh, and tasty. Balsamic dressing and fresh rocket. We often visit pizza express and I pick the Leggera....I prefer the flatbread from pizza hut and the cost is less. For 3, 2 children, 1 adult for all you can eat salad, all you can drink soft drinks and pizza it cost less than £30! The restaurant itself started to get busy around 1215 with a queue outside. And the toilets could do with a refurb but the food was great. If you haven't visited recently I recommend you give them a try.

Can't really go wrong with pizzas and a few side orders of fries, BBQ chicken wings, cheese bites and onion rings! Attentive waiting staff, social distancing in place and a one way entry and exit system. Hand sanitiser stations at the entrance.

I enjoyed the food but didn't like the fact that pizza hut has now gone cashless
