Just visited to pick up some doughnuts for a birthday party. We happened to mention that we hadn't been able to order online for the Newcastle branch via the app. The staff member who served us (Carly) was absolutely fantastic at taking this comment and saying she would feed it back, so proactive!
Super clean store with lovely staff. Carly provided exceptional customer service, taking the time to chat to customers and make them feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend.
Amazing customer service, lovely friendly staff. My son was made up to see the little factory party/ production line of how some of the edibles are made. Bought loads of doughnuts as a treat. Fun little visit ❤️❤️❤️

Years ago this was quite the spectacle to behold watching the donuts being made in an open kitchen ..my oldest son had a birthday here and it was quite special..a little disappointed to see it's all been scaled down and the kitchen closed off .. surely this was a major selling point of the business?

Nice and spacious restaurant inside. It also has a convenient drive-thru outaide the establishment. The staff there are very friendly as well and the restuarant is nice and clean.
Unreal doughnuts. I joked once, asking for free ones and found out they actually give away free ones (glazed only) at 7pm. Needless to say my visits there have increased in the past few weeks. Staff are always spot on too.
Fabulous. Greeted with not just a smile but friendly chat. Great selection available and a nice combo deal. The place was immaculately clean including the toilet. Purchased more donuts to take home just because the staff were so friendly. 11/2/2022 @ 21.30.
