An excellent reception into the Metro Centre restaurant from James straight away, explained thoroughly how to go about ordering and made us feel welcome with a bit of light hearted Geordie banter.
Staff behind the counter were cheerful and assisted my other half in applying as many olives as they had in the bowl to get Pizza.
And to top it all off when we got to the tills they said that because we were good eggs and cheered up James that the two 11" pizzas and drinks were on the house.
Shall be coming back here no doubt.

Went here last week for my birthday for the first time, the staff were great and so friendly, and even said that my pizza and drink was on them for my birthday!! Pizza was also amazing, highly recommend this place.
Holy crap this place is so good! The pizzas are AMAZING and so are the prices! I went on a Tuesday and got a create your own pizza (which you get to pick from ingredients right in front of you - never had that before!) and a glass of wine for under £10. Don't judge me I have wine with pizza ok? Will definitely return when I'm next near the metro. Can't stop thinking about that pizza base baby hmmmmm
We visited MOD pizza on saturday for my birthday. We had never been before but we will definately be back, fabulous staff and even more fabulous pizzas. Even my little boy who is fussy with his food sat and ate all of his (it was the quietest he had been all day.. Haha) . Value for money and awesome service. Keep up the good work. :) �
MOD. It’s more than pizza. It’s a million combo magnificence. Friendly helpful staff. Good Job � Just saying that good potato wedges par cooked then blasted in your oven served with yr toppings and baked again would be top notch. Paul

visited today and all I can saw is wow. Could not fault the staff/ the food or the price. We created our own pizzas and my partner who is hard to please as he's a vegetarian said it was the best pizza he has ever had. Will definitely be visiting here again
Absolutely fab we were here yesterday for my son's 13th birthday, 14 of us in total the staff reserved our tables for us they all sang happy birthday & got other diners to join in . & to top it off pizza is amazing.
By far the best pizza establishment around, great selection of fresh toppings to allow you to create your own awesome pizza. Highly recommended 😎

Visited today for the first time and wasn’t disappointed. Although it was busy, staff were great and food was fab. Would definitely visit again!
My daughter's a vegan & I'm vegetarian. We're very impressed with the standard of service given. Gloves changed, fresh ingredients so no cross contamination with dairy/animal products. Excellent service, they even made dairy free cinnamon strips for us! We'll definitely be back :-D

Fantastic place to eat. £7.49 for an 11inch or £4.49 for a 6 inch unlimited toppings pizza. Beautiful thin crust and a massive range of toppings to choose from. Family of 4 ate for £32 worth unlimited top up drinks. Best pizza I have ever eaten. Cannot recommend enough.
Not enough positives can be said about this place. The food was fantastic, and great value for money, and the staff were a fantastic advertisement for the restaurant. They made things so much easier for is going in with a 4 month old and his pram by seating us at the quieter part of the restaurant, and explaining how things work when ordering there clearly. The girl who served us also gets a lot of credit (wish I could remember her name) as she was so accommodating as I had to feed my baby as my pizza came out, meaning I got a fresh one when he was fed
What a great place this is. Been a number of times but this last time was the best. Pizzas for the family made with whatever you want on at no extra cost. Mine was fully loaded with spicy beef, peppers, mushrooms, sweetcorn, tomato, pineapple and even roasted garlic. It was cooked to perfection. The salads are also very good. My daughter had a small pepperoni pizza but once cooked they thought it was too small so made her another one, yet gave us both at no extra charge. The staff are really helpful and great with the kids. Just a very pleasant and relaxed dining experience with great food. Download the app for your phone and you get points on every visit. The points can be used for free sides and pizzas so it's worth it. Thank you so much and we will certainly be back again very soon.
Make your own Pizza. The base are very thin but this is perfect as I love my pizza this way. Refillable drinks another good choice as had strawnberry lemonade. Pay the extra for your pizza and go to this Restaurant
Bit like subway in a sense you create your own filling/toppings. Staff are brilliant and helpful especially when you've never been before. Pizzas are to die for 🤤🐷
Mod pizza is fab! They gave a few set pizzas on the menu which you can choose but you can full customise or "mod" your pizza if you like!! It's so good! And really good priced. They also have drinks you can buy or you can get the free refills which is mainly different flavoured lemonades, I think coke is available too. I personally go for the Dillon James pizza which is basically just a margarita, and add ham, extra cheese obviously, sun dried tomatoes, roasted peppers, and spinach. Delisious!
Great food, and decent prices. Really liked the fact you make the pizza you want, with whatever you want on it, yet the cost stays the same!
Salad offerings good too, so it's pretty difficult for most people to not find a suitable meal.
Good cheap eat. Can fully customise your pizza within an inch of it's life for less than £8. Fairly decent drinks options - there are more available than stated on the menu when you go up to the till to order/pay. Self service for drinks, takeaway boxes and cutlery. Family friendly and tasty!
Absolutely LOVE this place. Fantastic range of choices, amazing price, great atmosphere, plus free refills. Best pizza place ever.
