Friendly welcoming staff, Food was nice, hot and served quickly. Prices are on the high side for the portion size if paying the full menu price. They offer Blue Light Discount and the location is great right on the A65 with plenty of parking.
I was unsure what to expect from here given the overall score it got. We were presently surprised by the lovely experience we had. The service was great with a very friendly waitress and quick service. There was a great choice on the menu with something for everyone, especially vegetarians. The foo
Excellent meal the food was served fast fresh and hot. Great service just didn't like where we were put to sit, right at the back end of the pub near a noisey fan you could hear the traffic.

One of the best meals I have had in a long time. The waiter was really nice and catered to our every need. I had the rump steak and it was appsolutely lovely, and had a triple brownie for desert. It was amazing, would highly recommend to anyone in the area.
Very busy, staff were very polite and helpful, highly recommend them for a meal any time of the day, we used them for breakfast , lunch and dinner over the three days we were there.
Called on our way home from Kent, ordered the fish pie for the both of us. It was the best we have ever had, plenty of salmon, white fish, prawns and peas. The sauce and cheesy potato topping was excellent. Couldn't fault it.
Stopped here by chance on our way home from a holiday in the lakes. The breakfast was excellent value. Service was great staff are friendly.
Really friendly staff, no waiting around for ages to order. The food is good especially the desserts.
We had the vegetarian carvery, which was excellent. (At £9.99 it was cheaper than the meat carvery which was nice to see. Included tasty vegan gravy) We were served promptly but the table wasn't cleared after our meal and when coffee was served after the meal. We were sat in a small, poky area but t
Staff friendly and helpful. Mum only wanted small meal which wasn't a problem. Steak lovely. Typical pub chain food.
Fish and chips were excellent, as always, puds were spot on, and beer was great, what more could you want for £26.00 for 2 , we'll definitely be back again
Excellent customer service and lovely food. So helpful and attentive. Great selection of gluten-free options as well.
