Visited the cafe yesterday for a birthday treat for my other half. We went especially for a Manchester tart - my partners favourite dessert. Unfortunately when we arrived they did not have any 😣 An assistant said he would check in the back for us however there were still not available. The baker Shane came out to us and offered to make one for us. It was absolutely fabulous and made my partners birthday ☺ Thank you Shane for the birthday treat 😆

Love this garden centre! Got two massive pots for my bay trees today. Not the cheapest garden centre though. love the shop bit, always have great cards & nice gift ideas. Such a nice ambience in the food area, pricey but very nice. Friendly staff. All in all love it & nip there quite often with family.

Went here yesterday, lovely place but very expensive. There's a lot of things you can get much cheaper elsewhere. Highly recommend the cafè/restaurant though, gorgeous food and not over priced, very clean too.

Came here with my husband to celebrate my birthday. Ordered the luxury afternoon tea for two. Naughty but very nice! Lots of yummy cakes huge cream scones and tasty sandwiches. Had to bring a doggy box of the cakes home. Thoroughly recommend.

Nice place. Good choice of plants, staff are friendly and the cafe is good (2 free hot drinks every month if u become a member for about £12 a year, really good value)....but where's the tomato on the vegetarian breakfast?! Correct this mistake and it gets 5 stars from me😁

Great place to just browse the huge range of great quality plants and gardening *stuff", all good prices, definately on my return visit list.... going back soon for the herb bench, such a great idea..... A word of warning, my satnav took me to a lovely caravan park 200 yards away when using the post code..... but it is well signposted when you reach it.

First time I was in this place and I am very impressed. You can be inside and outside of the building. There is a big range of stuff whatever you actually need. It’s a paradise for a gardener. Plus there is a cafe and you can sit inside or outside and enjoy the weather. Toilet also available. Free parking place.

We like this garden centre and shop, there is an eclectic abundance of products to browse. On this occasion we walked to the centre with our dogs as we knew they were allowed into the shop. As it was a very cold day, we would have appreciated a hot drink in the cafe, but there is no dog friendly area to sit, apart from outside, and it was a bit chilly for that. Otherwise, a nice couple of hours, thanks

First visit, wanted to go to a different garden centre. Enjoyed our visit. Had lunch in restaurant there, all very nice. Good choice, good quality food. Staff very nice. Garden centre well stocked, nice tidy place. Well set out, good access all round. Parking is good, access into garden centre very good. Also next to it is an outdoor clothing centre, also worth a visit. Not at all local to where we live, in fact a hours drive, but we will be visiting again. Would recommend it definitely.

An excellent garden center with a wide variety of plants, craft items and gardening/household products. A large cafeteria with good food and pleasant surroundings. Tip grab a table before ordering even if you are just having a drink. Thursday they have a two eat for£15 between 4.30 and 6.00pm with a limited but reasonable choice on the menu. It has good car parking with access for the less able. Staff pleasant and helpful. Not the cheapest in the area but not overpriced for the quality.

Our toddler grandson absolutely loved looking at the Christmas displays, trees and decorations. He was mesmerised by the reindeer and donkey singing outside near the real Christmas trees. Marvellous. Lots of excellent decorations to buy and other gifts.

Plenty of parking and east access with bus stop outside. Great range of plants, although some are very overpriced-choose carefully! Excellent restaurant with great staff. Overall, well worth a visit.
