The Barn Cafe - Gairloch - Photo album

Beautiful! Not long waiting time for food, and waiters/waitresses were very kind. Although, I went there for breakfast today, (I had poached eggs and toast) the eggs were quite vinegar-y.
A really lovely little cafe on the Sands Campsite. Everything from the green roof, great staff, excellent food and separate areas for those with dogs and those not wanting to be with dogs. Don't miss the delicious cakes. Highly recommend.
Good food, warm friendly staff and reasonably priced. Excellent wine and whisky. We have had Take out, lunch and dinner here and not one bad meal.
Visited the Barn Cafe again during my stay at Sands Campsite and had some great food with prompt, polite and helpful service. Highly recommended the Vegetarian Breakfast and the Vegan Highland Melt. Takeaways are also available and even stock Peroni 0%. Great when you have had a busy day outdoors an
Great food, we had the salmon and seabass. It was served in a swift way, just nice. The staff did their very best to be helpful and friendly.All-in-all, we had a good experience in a wonderful setting/area of Scotland
Would do the NC500 again just to eat at the Black Pearl again. Great jerk chicken and Mac & cheese. The coconut pie is unreal! Arrived at our campsite late and ordered on the phone for collection. Kindly let us eat at a table while they were packing down/closing up.
Food was delicious and quick but was wrong 3 times, staff weren't terribly helpful today but I have been before and staff have been great so maybe an off day? Book in advance if you're wanting to eat in here but they also do take away if you're stuck.
Lovely place to eat the staff are lovely and always smiling we had a few meals while staying on campsite all lovely. At lunch we sat outside with the dogs the waiter delivered our toasties then went off and got a plate of treats for the dogs 🐕. Highly recommend eating here if your at the sands camp
It's wonderful to have such an amazing cafe/restauraunt/take away as part of a campsite. Let alone a site in the North West Highlands. We had some lovely takeaway food from the Shepherd's Hut on our first night. Fish and chips and scampi and chips were some of the best we've had. On our last morning
The food was amazing, best burger and chips around for miles. Reasonably priced, out of our 2 week honeymoon we went twice for burger and chips and everytime it was cooked perfected. Nice portion sizes and even though we were full we finished each plate. The atmosphere was amazing the staff friendly
