Food is never piping hot (stupid people burn themselves then complain) however they always have a decent range. Is a small shop with some seating indoors and out. It's a Greggs, if you like sausage rolls and bakes you'll be good.
It's a great place to sit down in the middle of the afternoon just for a quick rest and watch the world go by, whilst enjoying a coffee and a treat. Nice friendly staff, but it's what you expect in Gainsborough.
Love the pastry's but it very rare you actually get a hot one now adays or maybe that's just here lol, there is seating for about 8 indoors and a couple tables outside to
The quality of food has gone down compared to what it used to be. I will be using elsewhere for my sausage and bacon butty now
The staff always seem friendly, they will accommodate if you need anything. Never had any complaints over food amd they stay open fairly late.
Excellent cup of tea and hot sausage rolls when they are cooked

Jessica, the manager is always super nice and polite. Amanda, another long term staff has a fantastic vibrant attitude (especially so early in the morning).
Many places I've been to where the staff just look 'deflated', the staff at this Gregg's are always upbeat and friendly.
I love Gregg's the staff are friendly and food is good to with a range of hot and cold , there's a couple of issues however not enough seating area,and the hot chicken and stuffing baguette had no chicken in ,I had a sandwich of stuffing ,,,

The one person working there (1630ish) on Friday 21st May, was multi-tasking successfully, and was very pleasant. An excellent asset for Gregg's, she deserves a big thank you!
