The Black Horse - Fulmer - Photo album

What an incredible tasting experience. We popped in on our way home. It is a lovely little pub with a farm shop out the back. Different quirky places to sit and a great deal.on 2 courses if you book in advance. The food was to die for. My favourite dish was the mushrooms on toast with mushroom ketch
My daughter and I visited The Black Horse for lunch yesterday. We both had the roast beef which was top notch. The beef was really flavoursome and it came with lots of potatoes/vegetables. All the staff were very helpful and it was certainly service with a smile. Overall, great roast, fab service a
We held a family function here. Venue was lovely. Parking available and easy to find. Little park for the children. Ordered food for 50 people. Wouldn't say it was worth the cost but it is what it is. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely young lad serving on the outside bar very helpf
My wife hired the lodge for a party and everything was top class. Great service, an amazing choice of drinks and the buffet food was enjoyed by everyone. I hadn’t been to the pub previously but will definitely be returning.
Beautiful food, great service. Lovely seating outside if the weather is good. Set in a beautiful village setting. Moderate pricing but generous portions and really cooked well. Excellent for meeting up and dining out.
Very unique 17th century place. They have just 2 rooms. Superb experience. Restuarant is quite good. Pleasant personal , good service. Do not expect luxury cozy stuff here. It’s nice village spirit place .
A great stay in a lovely little pub. Although checking out was a little bit awkward because there is no one on sight early in the morning.
I was really looking forward to finally visiting after wanting to try the food here for so long. My husband and I came for a Sunday roast. The food was nice, however the service was really disappointing. I arrived, holding my baby and was ignored by all the staff working behind the bar even when the
Came here in 2008 on a family trip from America had to quickly trade some stocks for friends back home when I was overheard by a customer who told me to f right off! Good food and drink plenty of seeds
Recently stayed here and everything was spot on. Lovely place with amazing food. Staff were also very friendly and helpful!
Only 2 rooms. Abit Fawlty Towers to be honest. Foreign member of staff couldn't find our booking, the online booking system was also down. After a few phone calls we got our room. Large room. Inadequate plug sockets or at desired height. No hand soap. They ran out. Given extra showergel to wash hand
Nice little village. Went for the classic car show which was much bigger than I expected. Long queue for a coffee, but overall an enjoyable visit.
I love this place. The food is great. Last time we went service was a little slow - they seemed under staffed, but the waitress apologised. I've been several times and I'd still go back because I like it so much. Very dog friendly as well
