We went here with a friend for the first time ever, and I had the best evening I've had in a long time. The staff were extremely nice, friendly and accommodating. Lovely atmosphere, the whole place feels like a community, with many regulars present. They had a great selection of 80's/90's music playing, which was a very welcome surprise, and it added to the atmosphere.
We ordered a three course meal, with crispy whitebait and garlic mushrooms for starters, which were nicely cooked. They also had some blancmange, which despite the cheesy smell, tasted brilliant with the fresh bread served alongside it. For mains, we had beef burgers and beef lasagna, all served with fries! The burgers were very tasty, but the lasagna was a bit dry, though still nice. The fries were excellent, especially with the cheese and bacon. Then was the dessert, with a delicious chocolate fudge cake, and a HEAVENLY waffle with caramel. It really ticked my sweet tooth, it was the nicest waffle I'd ever had.
Overall, I highly recommend this place, even for the atmosphere alone. If you want some nice pub grub, they offer it for a very reasonable price! You can even bring your dog!
Really friendly staff and customers. Really impressed by the variety two dart boards and a pool table well used. Piped music mainly motown but a really good night. Premises impressive from the outside clean and well maintained inside. Nice place to just pop in. Xx went above and beyond for a 13 year old party.
Visited here a week ago with my family to have food in the beer garden.
Burger was fantastic! Beautifully crispy fluffy chips, really nice homemade coleslaw and really really nice Mac and Cheese balls. Cannot wait to come back for more food!! Highly recommended.
This pub is lovely. Lovely stuff lovely food. Music choice really appealed to my inner boomer. Loved it.

Brilliant afternoon spent in the garden. Great service with a smile from fun staff. I didn't eat but the food being delivered to others looked great. Roll on warmer weather.
I've been coming to this pub for years I like the changes the made and will go again when passing I didn't eat any food though

I take my family here to eat and the food is bloody amazing! The staff are always polite and remember mine and my sons drink.
Becoming an epileptic 6 yrs ago and with it getting worse I never go out,but the hat and rabbit always keep an eye on me and I'm quite safe in their hands. My family also love it there, it was my eldest sons idea to visit today! The dog loves a Sunday roast as well. I highly recommend 👌

It's a good spot in village to have food and drink but first check their schedule.
The food offer was not massive, but it was good and it did the job. The garden is gorgeous with plenty of comfortable space and the staff were really friendly, attentive and polite. I go to the pub to have a nice time and relax, and it really helps when you are treated properly.
Very nice, family friendly place to visit in Fulbourn. Serves truly local beers!
Awesome. No question. The family held a wake here. The venue and staff were fantastic. Food and drink superb. Could not be happier. Went back the next day.
Don't be fooled by the website that you can still find online with a huge colour menu full of £5 burger options, this is more of an independent pub with a reasonable menu of well prepared food. Nine of us went from work and thoroughly enjoyed the garden. Inside is about to be gone up. It took a long time to order as there was only one barman on duty but once ordered the food came very quickly. Definitely worth a try.
