Really good staff great turn around the best vegan pizza hands down the way they make it here is so much better then other huts
A good family friendly restaurant. Decent selection of foods.
The food was excellent and deffinately a good price for what you get with drinks refills & salad bar as much as you want. The only let down was whilst our main food cane out very quickly we were left waiting half an hour for our puddings. There were 2 of us waiting pudding with a rather fed up toddler ready to go home. They didn't have enough staff out front: 1 manager and 2 waitresses. Each waitress needed a break meaning it was 2 on the main floor. Shouldn't take that long for a couple of puddings. This was from it going from quiet when we arrived to busy at pudding time. It's a family place food should be done in a timely manner. Otherwise great food.
Booked for 7.30. When we arrived there was a 50 minute wait. Only to find out later 2 staff had been sent home sick and only 1 member of staff and 1 cook was working. The service was great considering 1 lad was running restaurant, takeaway and helping chef.
It wasn't his fault things were running late. I hope he gets a pat on the back.

Very impressed with the service by Zak who went above and beyond to make our visit special. He was rushed off his feet but still provided exceptional customer service and made us feel very welcome. He was smiling throughout our visit and is an asset to the restaurant. Definitely visiting again soon. Thank you Zak 😊
Ordered a meat feast pizza with stuffed crust, and sides of onion rings and chips to share. The pizza was excellent, cooked perfectly, with a good consistency, and spread of toppings. The portion sizes for the sides were quite generous for the price, although the chips were a little bland (and a few seemed slightly undercooked). Nice friendly service, and they offered to box up our remaining 2 slices of pizza without me needing to ask.
I often come here. The food is nice. Staff are friendly. The card machines are not great had a couple of times of it not working with a number of cards. Some times the Ice cream factory does not work. However very good service only had 1 or 2 times it's not met my expectations. Would recommend to friends and family.
Good place for a meal out with children. Reasonably priced, especially the childrens menus. Ours especially love the self-service all you can eat icecream included in the kids menus! Take out boxes provided for leftover pizza, lots of options including veggie, vegan, non- pizza, salad bar included with most meals, colouring provided for children
It was a really nice meal for my sons birthday. The staff were really friendly and handled his chatting at them really well.
The food was nice and the icecream station was a big hit.
Went as it was the only place left with a place on Mother's day! However had the 13.99 Sunday lunch buffet and was really happy with the quality. Unlimited refills of drinks, unlimited salad, pizza and pasta. A random arrangement of different pizzas and two different types of pasta was advalible with the selection changing every time the pizza was used up.
Dessert was the icecream bar.

Visited frome pizza hut 16th Jan seated within a few minutes order taken unfortunately when pizza arrived it was wrong but waitress left it for us to start with whilst they cooked what we had first wanted. Manager came over apologised and offered discount from Bill. New pizza arrived was fab very tasty. Excellent service friendly staff. Thank you.
Amazing food, very flavourful and worth the wait!
Only letdown was that it took a bit long due to shortstaffing, but they gave us free deserts without my partner or myself mentioning the speed!
