I liked it.
Nice size and cool on a baking hot day.
Friendly staff.
Coffee usual high standard expected.
Why not 5*?
Only 1 small outside table
I like to watch folks walk by: good views blocked with signage.
Went into Frome for a look around and as always when visiting places like this you have to get some refreshments,so we popped into Costa Coffee shop,I had a ham and cheddar cheese panini and the Mrs had a cheese and tomato toasted sandwich both being very tasty,I must admit I do like a bit of salad with these sort of snacks but none was on offer, never mind it filled the gap and it was a lovely cuppa.
The staff are always super-friendly. Normally have a latte, but with the scorching weather, we had the mint choc chip and strawberry and cream frappes, which went down well, although a bit on the expensive side. The toilets smelt really nice and looked clean. My only gripe are the seats, which look a little on the stained side, but then they are quite busy.
Probably one of the best Costa Coffee I've ever been too. Danielle (with the Elsa style hair, as observed by my die hard Frozen fan daughter!) served me and prepared my drinks like some sort of Coffee Ninja. Her speed, accuracy and attention to detail made the experience great.
This girl deserves a pay rise and I wish every Costa had one of her!
I frequent this costa branch a lot - the coffee and food standards are always consisitant. The staff are always friendly, with good banter and a smile.
The store is pretty much always clean, tidy even when busy.
The downside is the main door is very heavy to open and doesn't self-close, which in the winter causes a draft at the front of the store and can be quite distracting.
Extremely friendly and kind staff. Could be a tad cleaner but the staff's friendly personalities make up for it. A special thanks to Josh who made me feel super relaxed and happy after a stressful day at work:)
Nice and relaxing place for a coffee and a chat. Really friendly staff. Only negative point is the toilets are a bit of a state. The flush button in the wall has broken off.
Always use A J Renolds. Friendly happy service.
Love Frome Costa Coffee
Friendly staff and a welcome hot drink
I like this place for a quick coffee but not a lengthy tea and chat. It's a little cramped for a long visit. Having said that it's always clean, the drinks are lovely and the staff polite and fun while also being quick and helpful. They'll often bring my tray over for me as I'm disabled without being asked.
Coffee and cake with daughter
I can't really fault it here. In Frome where you are tripping over coffee shops it's still a good option. Staff are friendly, big drinks. It's always clean and the lady with the tattoos calls me love! What's not to like? Toilets however could be checked a bit more frequently though. I actually prefer it to some of the other cafes as it's straight up unpretentious. No miserable student judging me here!!
An old favourite, now modernised sensitively.
Seems like Costa Frome have a new team of Batista's and they are all super lovely! Lovely atmosphere....and thanks for the free toffee pennies! ❤️
The staff are professional, nice and welcoming, the coffee is great and I could go on. Management, don't appear to act on the staff recommendations of fixing the WiFi though.
I'm on EE which experiances Evaporation Every-so-often. Some decent WiFi in the coffee shop is very attractive. This system is less stable than Boots next door.
Nice Costa Coffee located in Frome and drinks are as you would expect. When visited they seemed to be very busy and so a few tables were full of dirty cups but they were cleared away when the rush died down. There are toilets and seating available inside and outside. Staff are friendly and helpful and Costa is reasonably clean.
Friendly staff who had time to explain also the new options. Usual excellent selection of snacks and drinks. Thank you to Hollie in particular for her patience.
My favourite coffee shop in town……friendly staff, very clean inside.
