Great visit, staff friendly and a nice relaxed atmosphere. There's some tired areas but nothing too offputting.
Younger serving staff seemed confident making conversation with customers makes this one of the better pubs in Frome. Beer was good and they have sport on. Made for a decent night out.
Lovely hotel!
Me and my mum stayed there for 5 days and the staff were friendly, helpful and approachable.
The meals were delicious as well, especially the full english vegetarian breakfast.
Special thanks to the cleaning staff, the rooms were immaculate and comfortable.

We’ve found the best hotel in Frome! The staff (Wayne and Lexi in particular) are so lovely, it’s bang in the centre of town and what a great selection of food! Best vegan dish of 2023 was found in the Cauliflower Steak with Caponata

Good value rooms with everything you could want. The shower was hot with good pressure. The rooms are not over the pub and whilst our room looked over the main street, we had a very quiet and peaceful night. Good bed and a good night's sleep. Bang in the centre of the town and a good location for the Cheese and Grain. It's a brewery pub, so mostly Wadsworth beers. Rooms are good in an authentic old fashioned way, and the breakfast is good.
We had a lovely weekend break here. It was a great base so we could explore the area. The staff were brilliant, nothing was to much trouble. The food was great and had something on offer for everyone, including picky kids.

Wasn't expecting a boutique style hotel,,
But I was amazed at how comfortable the bed was,as both me and my friend are fibromyalgia sufferers.

Nice food, pleasant staff, but the dining room is very close to the bar where large screens had the football on and there was a lot of noise. Football is great, but not when you're trying to have a nice, quiet dinner, hence 4 stars.
Great experience for a family function; we were well looked after by Chris during our stay. Attended for a function in the evening and stayed over in the hotel also. Room was lovely with good facilities and all of the team couldn’t do more to help us during our time in Frome. Thank you Chris & team
