Lovely well kept cozy bar, good selection of beers both lager and ales. Has decent selection of ciders also

Wonderful old pub that serves real ale on tap next time I visit I won't driving. Staff are all the best ,food is served quickly in an a artisan manner and is very tasty . Can't wait to go back an sample thier fine ales.
Excellent food, were there at lunch time, staff very friendly, the pub was fairly quiet, there were 8 of us, we had a lovely room to ourselves.quite a nice choice on the menu.
Went for Sunday lunch for my daughters and son in law's birthday. Food was great service was a bit slow but there was 13 of us. The homemade chips were to die for. Loved the outside play area for the grand children. Overall all ut was great.
Called in, without a reservation, for Sunday Lunch. They were busy, with a large party, but, still fitted us in. Staff very pleasant. Sunday lunch excellent.
Visited here for a family birthday meal and the staff accommodated us very well. The food was really delicious and a very good selection all members of our party enjoyed the meal. Great friendly staff who made our whole visit a fantastic experience.

Fantastic food, we are very fussy but everything was fresh, hot and quite fast in getting to the table, all made even better by great service, young man and young lady waited on my family of 7 and the whole experience was lovely.

Went there for a wake for my stepmother spread was OK didn't have any herbal tea though afternoon was pleasant

My main dish was ok .. chips were soggy. Cheese cake awful!
Food was good, Sunday Carvery, ⁹only thing on my plate that was hard to eat was the Yorkshire pudding, very dry, We were in a party of 20 people so one small thing would not stop me going again.
