I was recommended this pub by locals and I'm so glad we decided to eat here. We ordered steak and ale pie and gammon with eggs. Neither of us had complaints, the food was delicious. Lovely traditional pub, staff friendly, and helpful. Even Bobby dog got top quality service with a bowl of water brought to him and a jar of treats to nibble. He felt very special indeed. We all did. Thank you

We've been here a few times now we can honestly say it's one of the best. Everything about this little pub is fantastic. The beers,food and the service are 1st class Robert is a credit to this place and makes you feel really welcome. We have and will continue to recommend.
They really know their beer in this place. Well-informed and friendly bar and waiting staff. Cosy interior with a good atmosphere. Usually frequented by Frodsham locals but the friendly welcoming sort.
