Loved this place. Very airy and well set out inside and plenty of seating al fresco. Called in on a sunday teatime and had a pizza. Thought I might have to end up taking some home, which is an option if you need to but I finished it all. Good value for money and speedy service. Would definitely recommend �

What can I say... walked in to a very friendly welcome. Stephen the bar man is very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Food was absolutely amazing � the lady chef should be proud of herself . Being brought up in a pub myself I always check out the service and manor of the staff and the landlord here has sure got himself a good team. Will definitely return xx

Another lovely meal at The Plough with family, to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday. She was very shocked when her brownie was brought out with candles in it! Breakfast, lunch or supper...the service and food has always been great!

Great been able to have breakfast and watch the rugby at 8:30 in the morning. Looking forward to the next two Saturdays at least.

Good local pub with pool table and sports. Didn't eat there but enjoyed a pint or 2. Our small dog was welcome. Staff friendly and polite. We had a group of teens with us, who were welcome until 10 pm

Great food, lovely, knowledgeable, staff. Only slight criticism which, I must stress, did not detract from our visit. I was too warm as I was sitting under the aircon unit. I'll know not to sit there next time. Music was a touch too loud. All in all, though, a fabulous experience 🙂

I hope you're hungry if you're here for food! The portions are massive and the food is good quality, resulting in excellent value for money. Chef wasn't happy with how many wedges we had in our pots so brought out an extra portion without a second thought, excellent service.
There's a good selection of drinks available and the post mix actually has flavour to it. All in a great visit and likely our new local!
Called in for a takeaway pizza for evening meal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Service was good and the pizza cooked to order soon appeared. There were several groups in there eating meals and the atmosphere was convivial. Would happily eat in the pub if the situation allowed. When we opened up the pizza box at home it looked superb and was very tasty and also very filling. Excellent value for money and will definitely return for more. The salads on the menu also looked good and may well sample at a future date.
The plough is a great place to eat socialist meet friend in a very family run business staff and management are great friendly people
