I recently visited this wonderful pub with a large group of people as we were attending the local Country Fair. The staff were incredibly accommodating for us all, and had a smile on their face the entire time we were there. The food was incredible, I'm a massive pie lover and this pie was one of the best I've had in a long time. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful evening, I will definitely be returning next time I'm in the area. Strongly recommend to anyone who is passing through etc and wants some great pub grub.
Amazing place. completely unpretentious. It is what it is; a rural pub. Full of atmosphere, often full of dogs too. The staff are lovely and so kind and attentive and the food is homecooked, plentiful, fresh, delicious and very good value. I love it here and wish I could afford to live in Frampton as we could use The Three Horseshoes more often. As it is, we go as often as we can as it's only 8 miles from home - and tagged on to the end of a long dog walk, makes it perfect :) Oh, and they win awards for being a great pub too.
Everything that I love about a good country pub. Family run welcoming atmosphere Log fire and stunning food.... shoo pie was amazing thanks xx
Loved this pub. Friendly staff and great food.
What a little gem of a pub, super welcoming and friendly relaxed atmosphere, food was superb ... will definitely be visiting again xx
Quaint little bar full of charm fun filled friendly characters wonderful to die for home cooked pie's you can't get anywhere else.
This pub is great! A must for dog owners and dog lovers. There were 14 last night! The best pies I've ever tasted. The landlady is an absolute darling. Can't wait to go again. A lovely pub in a lovely village.
Fantastic. Food a bit slow, but worth the wait and goes with a relaxed atmosphere!
We were told by our friends to try this place and we were not disappointed if you are not a big eater go for the standard size as the portion sizes are very generous
Always a warm welcome, great atmosphere and amazing food, especially the shu pies xx
You could ask for no more....great food and great service
Gorgeous pie, lovely and very friendly. Beautiful village.
Best atmosphere, best landlords, best music!!
Amazing pies and beer and super dog friendly, love it!
Really lovely pub. Great beer, good food, friendly people ......... and Pixie the dog, who was always happy to play ball if she thought there was any danger that I may get bored :)
A pure delight in a most wonderful spot in Gloucester beautiful summer evening in the garden with family, friends and our four legged friends and special thanks to the young lady serving our tables a credit to your team.
Simple pub, done well!
A traditional, simple pub in a beautiful location. Friendly helpful staff and a nice atmos. Old fashioned bar serving a couple of well kept, (very) local cask beers and a selection of ciders including a still. Great food at affordable price.
Lovely back garden with a boules court which is great fun to play. Frampton is one of the most picturesque villages in England, but retains its friendly, ‘lived in’ feel.
What a lovely pub/restaurant! Friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous food including options for different dietary needs, great atmosphere. My only challenge now is how I'm going to manage to eat my dinner there every day given I live hundreds of miles away.
What a great village pub. The beer was well kept, the staff and locals were friendly, dogs are welcome and the food was fab. We had the 3 shu pie which was absolutely delicious. We will definitely visit again whenever we are on this part of the canal.

Friendly small pub with gorgeous pies.
This was the 'regular' size Three Shu Pie, they also do a larger version! We tried Steak & Ale, Minted Lamb and Pork & Apple - which are 1/3 meat, 1/3 mashed potato mixed with peas & carrots and 1/3 cauliflower & broccoli cheese. £12.50 each, except the lamb, which was £14.50. All delicious. Son had ham, egg, chips and peas which was also amazing. Draught cider was nice and the kids had a 'henry'. Very happy. Daughter appreciated the sparkly loo!
Lovely little find with tasty food and beer garden. Definitely will recommend if you out and about that way. Picturesque village next to a Splatt Bridge and miles of countryside or canalside walking 🚶♀️.
Cosy pub with 2 separate areas; one for drinking with a log fire where dogs are welcome and a larger lounge area for dining. Good choice of real ales and ciders.
Have been here several times and every time its been a pleasant experience. The pies are great.... Just missing a cherry pie 😁
Jess and James are fantastic landlords and always happy to join in with the experience.
Just popped in for a Saturday pint and watch the rugger. Good crowd - had to get the Bell rung out loud for service !! May risk going back for food soon.
I really love this place, every member of staff and even locals are so friendly and welcoming.
The pies taste amazing!!
