Visited for the first time on bank holiday Monday. The place looked fantastic! Loved the glass covered well, waterfall and garden. We chose to sit in one of the back rooms with our sleeping baby in his pram.. we weren’t forgotten about.. staff were very attentive and friendly. The food was lovely.. especially the seafood cocktail, beef brisket burger and the brownie was amazing! so happy that the Gull is just around the corner from us.. we will definitely be regular visitors!

A lovely pub with really lovely staff and owner. Food was really tasty and enjoyed every bite. The selling point was the lovely surroundings sitting outside running water and the sun shining. Can't wait for my return. Fabulous.

Hands down the best carvery I’ve EVER had! Good selection of meats all melt in the mouth, beautiful fresh vegetables, the biggest Yorkshire puds!! Great price too. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend

Excellent food, great service. Had the baby ribs with black treacle BBQ sauce which was very filling! Made us smile when the owner walked past to serve another customer their cheesecake and made sure we saw how good they looked with a cheeky grin. Will definitely book again.

We didn't know what to expect when we entered the Gull, i was thinking it would be cosy and small, in contrast it was large and airy. The tables and chairs are charmingly mismatched but a little tired. The food was faultless, a pizza which was big enough for us to share, and skin on fries, excellent. We would have preferred to have sat in the cosy, pub like section rather than the rear. All in all a good venue with great food We revisited and sat in the cosy part and it was so much better, the service was amazing and the food still great

Great service, great food as well. Very nice to visit a restaurant that provides a nice setting. The out door section looked great and indoors there is plenty of room. Will visit again I would recommend the Pigs Board and Cottage pie (Beef Brisket) we’re amazing. 10/10

Best Sunday carvery I've had in a long time. Fantastic food, friendly, helpful staff. Great location with ample parking. I would recommend booking as it's very popular.

The food here is very good with a wide menu choice and our waitress was very friendly and efficient. The place is well laid out and has a feature of a glass topped well set in the floor along with a similar wine cellar that can also be seen from above. For when the weather is warmer there is a large and attractive outdoor eating area. Parking is substantial. Well worth a visit.

Delicious food on the whole (sticky toffee sundae tasted great but very grainy texture from crystallising sugar) and efficient service. Tiki huts are great for distanced meals. Was slightly odd being seated right next to the only other table indoors on our last visit

I won a carvery for 2 which we used today and I have to say it was the best carvery we have had! The meat was melt in your mouth and the vegetables were perfectly cooked. Then onto dessert and what can I say… the rhubarb and custard and the lemon and lime cheesecakes were delicious. The service was great and the waitresses were friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend and look forward to our next visit. Thank you!

Sunday lunch and the car park was full. Family lunch for 6 adults. Felt the pub was losing its ‘pubiness’ as had to be seated at our table and wait for waitress service to get the drinks round before the meal was ordered. Unusual way to price the Roast meals with 2 or 3 meats choices, meaning less amount of meat given for less £s? Served vegetables instead of choosing oneself. Waitresses disappeared after deserts were served - could have asked if more drinks/coffees required. Seems a £ was added to my pint of IPA, to my £13.95 roast and my £6.95 sticky toffee pudding - over priced in comparison to expectations. Lots of people unmasked at tables in close proximity to each other - no ventilation so was a little aware of Covid risk. First visit. Looks worth another when attractive outside area would spread the load.

Love the Gull Inn, food is always super fresh and really good portion sizes. Sunday buffet has the best crackling and potatoes for miles around but get there early, it's so popular you don't want to miss out! The staff clearly gave a good manager as the customer service is second to none, easy 5* review!

Really nice pub a little way outside Norwich. Kids loved the excellent burgers and the 2 meat carvery was really good and plentiful. Dog friendly after 3pm was a big bonus too. Very friendly staff made it a lovely experience. For those who love Fawlty Towers, Basil and Manuel are serving in March!! Have fun.

My group of nine and I went here mid-week after our dinner reservations got screwed up elsewhere. We arrived not long before closing and the waitress who helped us was amazing - she was so accommodating and helpful, let us order whatever we wanted even though the kitchen was closing imminently (it might've even been closed and she was just too kind to enforce it!), and was so sweet about it all. And then to top it off, the food was excellent! We all had such a lovely time and agreed it was the happiest mistake ending up here!

Visited whilst on holiday in Norfolk. We were first in at 5pm and no-one else arrived. Food was amazing and we sat up in the beer garden. Unfortunately we have now found out they have closed the business.
