So welcoming on every level, even allowed our 14 week puppy in whilst we ate a gorgeous meal!! The Landlady was lovely and couldn't do enough for us and even chuckled when I accidentally walked into the empty (thankfully) gents toilet! Lovely place, gorgeous food and can't recommend enough!! This is the 2nd time we've had lunch at The Foxham Inn. Been absolutely fantastic both times from incredibly friendly staff to delicious food and a varied menu. We're certainly going to be coming more often. This pub is a little gem!
Can't say enough good things about this gem of a place. The food is outstanding as is the friendly service. Very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Their knowledge of Gluten Free requirements for Coeliacs is the best I've known & they made the whole menu GF as everything is cooked fresh. We will definitely be back...more than once!! Loved it!!
Food is fab and the staff are very friendly. The place is in the middle of nowhere, but has a brown sign to find it. Would recommend
Had an excellent Sunday Lunch yesterday for my Dad's birthday. Food as always was exceptional - Thank you Sarah and Neil - the little birthday cake at the end was great ;o) I would recommend this place to everyone - great food and lovely hosts - We travel from Wales just to eat there so that must tell you something!. Can't wait till next time in July!

Another fab meal last night to celebrate my birthday. The battered halloumi was awesome as always and Sarah as welcoming as always. Can't recommend highly enough. As a long standing vegetarian I love that the veggie options are imaginative and make you feel as included as meat eaters and not an after thought as so often happens.

Having recently moved into the area it was great to find a local pub/restaurant that served delicious food. Will definitely be dining again in the future..

The menu is outstanding..the chefs just get it and surpass each time. I have been now numerous, many times with young and oldies and they all love the food, the service and ambience. We just return time and time again. You have to try the calamari and/or the crab as a starter and then check out the specials menu. Their fish menu is outstanding, freshly delivered every day and they cater for all, if not your thing. Just enjoyed their Sunday lunch this weekend with beef wellington and all that came with it was cooked to perfection. Beautiful crisp potatoes, yorkshire pudding and then the gravy. All hot and cooked to perfection. Lovely outside eating area, covered, inside bar area and then a beautiful barn room for eating or an occasion. Just outstanding.
Gorgeous place, food was absolutely delicious and staff was so welcoming and friendly. Deserves more then a 5 star. The steak I had was cooked perfectly and my boyfriend had nothing bad to say about the haddock all praise to the chef. 🙏 x

Off the beaten track, this is a lovely, quaint pub in the village of Foxham. There are just two rooms, but they are clean, comfortable and well appointed. Food is excellent and recommend the fish and chips or the burger. Menu has quite a few fish options. There is also a specials board. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and service throughout our stay was very good.

Brilliant service. Great food. Beef wellington on a Sunday is cooked to perfection. Definitely will be going back again. The front of house chap mario is very good at his job. Great chefs aswell. From the restaurant you can see them at work and they where very professional and hygienic. Can't say a bad word about the place to be honest.

The location and atmosphere are lovely. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. There were four of us and we all had different mains (lobster, crab, hake and fillet steak) and we unanimously agreed that this was one of the best meals we've had for some time. As another reviewer said, it probably doesn't matter what you choose, you'll thoroughly enjoy it regardless.
Also for those that don't like fish, there are some delicious alternatives.
We will definitely be back to celebrate special occasions.
Whilst more pricy than a lot of places, it is definitely a case of you get what you pay for.

I came here for dinner with my family in May, whilst we were on a staycation nearby. All of us absolutely adored the food. We still talk about how delicious it was. My partner and I still dream about the beer battered haddock, and the sorbets. The staff were really lovely and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was clean and cosy. We live around 2 hours away from here, and are planning to drive over for lunch soon. I cannot recommend The Foxham highly enough. A true hidden gem.
Stayed in the Rosehip room yesterday. Such a hidden gem. The food was absolutely fantastic, both evening meal and breakfast. I would strongly recommend to any and everyone and will definitely be back when next in area.
The food was tasty and cooked well, I was unaware that it specialised in seafood but I did not read the menu beforehand as I was travelling and needed somewhere last minute. The service was attentive and professional, it is clear the chef(s) know there way around a kitchen as the food was tasty and well presented. I would definitely return if I am in the area.
