Emblems - Fovant - Photo album

Stumbled across these on the way to old wardour castle. Managed to find a layby to stop in with fantastic views.
Unmissable. Start with this museum which is in the graveyard of the church in the far corner, there is wheelchair access. Plenty of information plaques in there to explain the local area. Move onto the Standing Stone and finally don't miss the castle built on the Roman Fort
About a 6-7 mile hike along the byways to get to this Iconic location with beautiful views around you.
A fun spot I saw by chance of going by. I was adventurous and decided to get the bike to the top and we did. very quiet peaceful and clear air. top spot to relax
Walked along the Drove from Salisbury race course to the badges 9.33 miles, well worth the view
Nice just to stop for a photo while passing, not much parking available but nice to see in passing
Beautiful scenery, with lovely walks around
This was a lovely place, never been here before, I enjoyed it, parking is a little tricky, normally means a walk if you want to fet up fairly close but you can fer a food view from the A30 near Fovant.
Well worth a look, as a walk. A must see.
We at kdc paving and landscapes have the amazing opportunity to replenish the fovant badges this year.
This was building from men finishing there training in the first world war another epic site to visit
