First time that I came in this morning with my family for breakfast. Can't praise this place anymore. Friendly staff, perfect breakfast, not tasted a breakfast like that in ages, coffee was the best I've ever tried. Will most definitely be coming back next year when we are up again on our family holiday

10 of us called in on Friday 27th October, table reserved for 8 to have light lunch, change of seating numbers arranged with no fuss despite them being busy. A good system from ordering and paying to freshly prepared food being served with minimum fuss. The whole place buzzed with conversation 👌thank you.

I'm delighted to say i had lots of options in gluten free food. Sweet and savoury, nothing seemed too much trouble...Gorgeous cappuccinos, outside area for children and dogs. Will definitely be returning

Wow. Simply wow. Good good food, superb service. A wonderfully relaxed environment, plenty of seating both indoor and out. The food is out of this world and there is plenty of it. So tasty with many options. Highly highly recommended.

Outstanding local cafe in a beautiful town - went in for breakfast on a Sunday and sat inside (would've sat out in the garden, but it was raining). Most of the 5 indoor tables were booked for later in the morning - a good sign. We were greeted warmly and immediately offered drinks; the kids were given colouring sheets and pencils. Plenty of high chairs were available, as well as nappy changing facilities. I had the big Scottish breakfast (pictured) and it was epic. The big vegan breakfast also got top marks. Loads of tasty breakfast things and baked goods on offer - the kids loved their cheese scone. Great coffee, excellent service, really friendly. Top marks all round and loved the local photography on display too (it was all for sale). The cafe was fully Covid-compliant, with social distancing in place and plenty of hand sanitiser. Dogs are allowed in the garden, but not inside the cafe.

Had been wanting to visit for a while especially with my vegan daughter as we had heard great things about this place. The food was fabulous and my daughter thought it was possibly the best vegan food she had had - she was particularly impressed by the side salad and coleslaw that accompanied her toasted sandwich - a lot of effort had been put into those

Went for lunch with 3 other people and the minute we came through the door we were acknowledged then someone sorted the tables for us so we could sit together. Lunch was lovely macaroni cheese was especially nice. We took cakes away with us as we were stuffed, and they didn't disappoint us, great food ,staff and nice and clean.

What a lovely place! If (like us) you've been to Chanonry Point to watch the world's largest bottlenose dolphins, Fortrose Cafe is just down the road and serves up a fine feast. Lovely teas, coffees and food. Caters for veggies, vegans and gluten free too. Full marks from us - we used to run an award-winning food and drink place for 15yrs!

A nice friendly Cafe - with interesting art work and photography on the walls. A decent menu - with some really good choices. It was so good - we came back a 2nd day and had a breakfast. Good staff - great food - reasonable prices - what's not to love
