While we ate here because it was the only place open earlier in the morning, it was one of the best breakfasts we had. It did get pretty crowded quickly, so I recommend getting there early since you need a table to order, but we were able to get seated right away. The staff were all great! We ordered a few cappuccinos, the blueberry and bacon pancakes, a breakfast roll, and some berry tea. It came out relatively quick and was delicious. We ended up going back for a second time later in our trip, too.

We went to the old deli on April 4th at around 9am. We stopped here to get a protein heavy breakfast before hiking Steall waterfall. I got a cappuccino which was delicious and my husband got a hot cocoa which I also tasted and was delicious. (Beware it was dark chocolate hot chocolate!) we then SHARED a traditional Scottish breakfast. I recommend doing so as this was a lot of food. The general staff were nice and the general aesthetic was really modern and cute!

Breakfast was amazing, customised to how I asked. Coffee was also amazing. Lovely wee place, staff nice, clean and a nice atmosphere. Was very busy but still felt relaxed. Well worth the money. Highly recommend.

We were in Fort William for 3 days and we had breakfast at The old deli on all 3 days. I had a latte and my husband had a cappuccino, both tasted really good. We had different breakfasts- pancakes with fruits, bread jam butter, chicken panini, chicken and avo toastie, chips, and a variety of cakes. Everything was pretty good.

A really fantastic place for lunch. I will be thinking about the panini's we ordered for a long time. The bread they make it on is fantastic. They had a brie and cranberry panini that was amazing. Their panini's are 5/5 stars I docked a star for 2 reasons: First, the service is not very good at all. Really cold and just not friendly. Second, their desserts are very mediocre. We tried two different desserts and they both were a let down. The "Hawaiian" bar is just coconut and kind of bland. Despite these things, I would definitely recommend eating here for lunch!

We had a lovely breakfast at this spot. Very nice hiking community vibes. My boyfriend had the breakfast panini - he was happy with that. I personally went for pancakes and I was a bit disappointed - the flavours of the meal were very good, but the portion was not very accurate to its price. Coffee was very great, and stuff friendly:)

Amazing spot to stop for some lunch. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Nice atmosphere and decor. Hot chocolate was amazing to warm up on a wet and winters day. The ploughman’s platter was massive and great value for money. Added bonus is they have a large selection of gluten free cakes which is great for me to take one home for my mum who is a coeliac.

Lovely staff and great food, could not find a place for dinner as everywhere was full in town, the Old Deli had some spare tables thankfully and the food was extremely good. Particularly the goat cheese salad and I thoroughly enjoyed the scampi and chips. Very glad we found this place during our stay in Fort William, I would easily come back on a future trip.

Small breakfast was great. The bacon had crispy parts to it great for fueling up before a day of hiking. Panini was also quite filling

Stunning cafe, friendly staff and beautiful atmosphere! Coffee was potentially the best in town, and the food was incredible! I asked for an ingredient to be left out of my meal, and they offered to double up with another - it's clear they're here for customer care and satisfaction! Definitely recommend stopping by!

Located in the main High St this is, as you would expect, a busy place. A selection of teas and coffee, plus some cakes, slices and scones. Dog friendly.
