I went in to buy some Vegan ingredients to take home (packets of potato starch and almond milk). Just before lunchtime I could not decide soup or sandwich so luckily I had both. Moroccan Chickpea and Kale soup was the best soup I have ever had spiced and flavoured to perfection. I find I often need to add bit more spice when buying high street food but did not need to here. Seitan Stuffing sandwich on locally made bread was perfect to accompany the soup and the portion was more than enough for the price. The cafe itself was vibrant with a great view out the window to watch the world go by or a snug area at the back to get away from any bussle. Free WiFi but I did not use it, variety of coffees and Vegan cakes I don't have those so can't comment.

Had a lovely early dinner on Tuesday evening. Considering of a party of 14 only one was vegan and everyone was delighted with the food we'd all heartily recommend you pop in for a lunch or snack or just a lovely cup of coffee. Great wee vibe about the place and very friendly staff.

I highly recommend this fab vegan place. The soups, sandwiches, cookies and cakes were brilliant! There are also great ingredients available to buy in the shop section. Well worth the trip from Mull. I can't wait to return soon.

Really, really tasty food. A vegan heaven! Friendly staff - we have been really friendly received. Thank you Wildcat! Whenever we will be in Fort William we will pop in Steffi, the vegan chef from Germany.

Visited for the first time today on a journey back from a weekend camping in Knoydart. We shared two different sandwiches (both good, unusual ingredients) then had coffee and two of the best slices of cake we've been fortunate enough to encounter. The place has a really good vibe, a good ethical position and practical touches too (like the recycled lemonaid bottles full of tapwater to take away free). Doesn't make a big thing out of being Plant Based - so is likely to get a lot of ordinary folk walking in - as my friend commented, a bit of "stealth vegan conversion" could be the result.

We were holidaying in the area and I jokingly said I would google vegan cafe in fort William and we came upon this little place, great food, great ethos and good vibes! Love the idea of the free water at the doorway in reused glass bottles.

Had a lovely time with my best friend visiting this week. The wildcat has an amazing atmosphere. Lovely staff and owners and lots of amazing vegan goodies. We will certainly be visiting again from Glasgow to enjoy more boardgames and tasty cake.

Chilled atmosphere, great food and lovely staff. On a side note, it always makes me laugh reading the 1 star reviews from non-vegans who still insist on having milk stolen from another animal and poured into their coffee and if they don't get to drink the cow "tiddy" juice, they start throwing their toys out the pram and leave a bad review. Seriously, look into the dairy industry for yourself and see how utterly disturbing it is.

An absolute gem in the abysmal food desert that is Fort William (seriously, the restaurant scene is not strong). We had the most difficult time finding good food in town, and we ended up returning to the Wildcat multiple times. It’s not only vegan but is also just a lovely, friendly atmosphere — every time we went, there was good music playing and the staff were lovely (and often singing along with the music!). Do yourself a favor and just go!

This cafe has great atmosphere and nice stuff. We ate there twice just because of the upside down apple cake that was so good, we had to eat it again! Prices are affordable and the coffee was good as well. Would definitely recommend!

That vegan place in Fort William was a fantastic surprise! I got their special wrap as takeaway, it was a vegan haggis and cheese style, super tasty. I’ll be heading back tomorrow morning on my way to Skye so I can get one of their breakfast options and a matcha!! So thankful for vegan options in the highlands.

Very enjoyable experience, friendly staff, attentive, great atmosphere, great drinks and choice of vegan food including sweet treats, wraps and multiple other baked goods. More options than I thought when walking in. I tried a beetroot latte for the first time and I really enjoyed it! I would definitely come back here again on a future visit.

Vegan restaurant! I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find anything because of how many nuts are used in vegan food— but I did! And it was so good! Our friends got the raw Twix bar and said that was yummy too! Cute little place in Fort William!

Everything was amazing. So much flavor, so good! We arrived late for lunch and there weren't many options, but what we had was delicious. We had the curried lentil and slaw wrap, a chocolate fudge cake, a tiffin, an americano and a beetroot latte.

Highlight of my visit to Fort William. I didn't know vegan food could be this good. Definitely recommended the nozarella toastie and the brownies.
