Wonderful food, excellent attentive staff, warm welcome, great ambience and reasonably priced menu. Good choice of food, will definitely go again and looking forward to it. Lisa our server looked after us very well, Chris the chef cooked a fabulous sea bream and Marco the Maitre d was most welcoming. The picture says it all 😁.

I visited here on Sunday in June.
I had just said to someone the day before that I had not had a decent meal anywhere in years and then I visited Tibu.
The staff were so attentive and friendly and we ordered our drinks and then we all ordered Sunday roasts either chicken or beef.
The food came out super quick and again the staff were super obliging. I asked for extra gravy and they brought out two jugs incase anyone else wanted some. Not only were the staff helping but they were constantly smiling making us all feel so welcome and no trouble.
Even the barstaff checked frequently if we needed anymore drinks.
When the food arrived it looked amazing but looked a little small except it turned out to being just the right amount.
The food was incredible all the veg was so fresh and absolutely full of flavour. I didn't know how they cook the veg but I suspect it was steamed as to have such strong flavours it surely couldn't be boiled. I got cauliflower cheese green beans carrot and swede and garlic cabbage. The roast potatoes tasted great with a slight crisp and my beef just melted in my mouth. The gravy was gorgeous too. The only slight criticism was all our Yorkshire puddings were a little over done and very dry but I just poured gravy over them.
I really am not exaggerating that this Sunday roast was the best I have had eating out anywhere and the food quality was the best meal I have had in a restaurant in years.
I cant wait to try other food here in the near future.
A little bit pricier than other local restaurants in say Ainsdale Birkdale or southport but I would pay even more if this is the quality of their meals and service.

Unfortunately we were told card only . I had cash to pay for our meals as I always do as I mostly deal in cash sales in my job. Luckily I had my card on me .

When you order a steak medium rare, and it actually comes medium rare and not over cooked you know you're in for a good meal! Tibu did not disappoint, exquisite taste, perfectly cooked and very attentive staff. Also very good with allergies (gluten free), and will do their best to cater to your needs even if they have to adapt their menu!

Had a lovely Birthday meal with my wife at Tibu during their Thursday steak evening. The atmosphere was really nice, the staff were great and the food was amazing. We will definitely be going back and can highly recommend 👍🏻
Attended here on Saturday night just before Christmas. I hadn't booked. Was given a table for 2 straight away even though it was full. Food, service and atmosphere excellent all round. Will definitely come back.
Steak night is amazing value for money and the beef they source is excellent quality. Nice ambience and friendly staff. Marked down to 4 because i think the wine list lacks some quality
Nick the head chef is a star. Not only is the food excellent but so is he and all his staff are so welcoming. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner too. My Sunday lunch group are a fussy lot and they love it.......mmm.....
Wonderful atmosphere, food and service. My partner and I took our young baby and pram to the evening meal. The staff were very accommodating and we had an excellent experience.
There are some quite negative reviews on here, but when you consider that the venue is full most lunch/dinner services and there are plenty of alternative cheaper eateries available, they must be doing something very right.

The food is delicious, the service is excellent and we can't wait to go back!
The veggie options are a little limited but we spoke to the very friendly staff and they said that the menu will be changing to accommodate more veggie and vegan options. I for one am looking forward to trying the new menu!

Had the privilege of knowing Tibu for many years and genuinely excited and so happy he is here with his own amazing restaurant. Heart and soul has gone into this place, as for the crafting of the menu that brings through flavours of sunnier climbs is unquestionably fantastic. Extensive and well created cocktail list too.
