This is available to hire for events not to visit. We stopped on the road to take a few photos and that was it. As a tourist it would be better to visit other castles which are open to the public.
Excellent venue for a wedding. Car park is a bit far from the house with the path in poor shape for those who have walking issues. Apart from that staff very helpful and friendly. Food was amazing. The hose itself was well appointed and maintained

I worked on the Castle when it was refurbished for the then private owner back in 1970 amazing craftsmanship on the plasterwork ceilings and woodwork, great to look back at the photo’s, I remember installing a spiral staircase to the right hand tower.
Went to visit Scottish Tea Gardens and sample some high end tea next door to Kinnettles castle. They take bookings but final tea production will be 2020 - something to look forward to.
